Hello, Dear readers! This is my second time with a Game Operator. Fortunately every GO has their own story, so it's not the same old thing once again. For example, MatthijsM revealed in my interview, that he'd quit the game (which he did), while Wayne Kerr did not. As you can see from that, 2 completely different persons.
Enjoy the reading!

1. Greetings bananaboy378, one of my favorite GOs!
1. XD Don't lie to me, people only have least hated GO's. Thanks for having me though.

2. Ask from anyone (preferrably the late Evilorkie or essex) and they'll say I love GOs. How long have you been a GO in this game and what did you have to do and to whom, to get accepted to this extremely hard and extremely voluntary job?
2. I have been a GO around 5 months now, and it has been a hell of a ride As with most, i filled in the form for becoming a GO, and i think i wrote about a page on why i wanted to be... Basically, i love e-sim as a game, it is 100% unique in my opinion. I played so much, so now i am just trying to 'give back' to use a cliche

3. Of course I understand the reasons why you wanted to become a GO, being in the group of most infamous people must be enjoyable - everybody knows you and hates you (expect me)... But tell your own version of why you wanted to take that position?
3. At the time, it was all about THE POWA >:.D But seriously now, i wanted to be a GO because e-sim has been such an amazing game, and it is in hard times now, and i wanted to try to help it get back to what i remember it being.

4. And how do you deal with all the hate? Because seriously, there are citizens (fortunately banned) like FU bananaboy378 , EssexIsAHugeDick , XopbLegion and djetc sucks and FuckDjetcBot01 , all pointed towards the administration of this game.
4. I personally find instances like this funny :3 But it is slightly worrying when you log into irc and after 30 minutes have 20 pm's open, but it's all part of the job A job i would not change for the world

5. 20 help requests or 20 kill yourself requests? Tell us a little bit about what you do daily and how much time it robs you?
5. A mixture Mostly to kill myself... Well, i have been getting a lot of time off from the norm, so i will go into that... 1st thing i do in a morning is wake up and sort out stuff around everyday e-sim stuff, work/train/PM's received/that i need to send. Then, go to IRC, and spend about an hour on deleted articles and comments that you guys report, and banning multis (so fun x) ). Then do irl stuff 'till about 4-ish and get back to e-sim, and normally spend my evening dealing with more reports. At weekends i get out to play some rugby... that counts?

6. OMG, I say to that, how many hours per day does that make?
Now, what do you have to say to many-many very frequent complaints... 1st of all, many people claim to get big fines or banns for something not very serious, or without doing anything wrong. Many complaints that reach the public, are about that it takes you guys extremely long to react to reports and bugs. Why's that?

6. Well, I play e-sim about 7 hours a day on average, 9/10th of that moderating, and I am not the most active GO at all lol. The short answer is because you guys send so many. Each appeal takes about 30 minutes to go over the details of the case. And all the complaints i have seen are because we have not replied within 24 hours of the appeals... Trust me, railman would have to make us all into robots to make us work harder
And with all the red tap around us, each ban HAS to now have no doubt that they are gaining a MASSIVE unfair advantage over other players. Which is what the e-sim rules are designed around, helping keep e-sim fair for all.

7. I'll give another example, very close to me, because that happened to a friend of mine just very recently... I have often hear from the GOs that "they don't want to ban" and do it just "when it's extremely necessary". Yet I have heard many complaints about GOs giving out massive fines and bans, just because a young player didn't know and hadn't filled the shared IP form... What do you have to say to that and shouldn't there be a nicer way to deal with this, assuming these claims are true?
7. A little secret we have: we only ever fine people the gold they receive from illegal sources. We never ever fine a gold piece more. I think the current system is fair, as all players have to agree to the rules when they start playing the game... And the scorn put on multis globally should deter most people away. If you can think of a better system, then feel free to suggest it And that goes for everyone - if you have a serious suggestion for the game, feel free to talk to me about it, my doors are always open.

8. Now, with Multinesia (Indonesia, as called in the map)... wouldn't it be easier to just delete the country from the map and let them think about the consequences instead of that old "they make 100 multis = you ban" rutine you've got going on there?
8. XD that idea has crossed my mind many times... but no, for one, they'd just move to somewhere else and keep going... It is better for the fair players of Indonesia to be able to stay in Indonesia

9. I don't believe in that "not deleting the country" idea. I like to do that with GOs and ask... Do you have a message for the people?
9. Yeah, i have recently started a project based around creating video guides for e-sim. I have made a /ok/ job in English, but i understand that everyone does not speak English sadly... so, like i am doing with Italy and France currently, i would like native speakers of all languages who have the stones, to come forward and help me to translate them.

10. Let's all be donors, starting with me. I think that's a about it, thank you for answering all those long questions, bananaboy378!
10. No worries, again, thanks for having me

A real tiny pic about something that's most likely illegal for many e-Sim players

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
