This time I interviewed a friend of mine. He's one of my favorite newspapers, mainly because he shares the love of music with me. He, completely separately from my idea, adds little details of a band Depeche Mode in his articles, a band that I've also gotten really fond of via his articles.
There is a good reason for this interview, of course. For the reason you need to skip or read through the introduction (1st 6 questions) and go to 7th question. From there on, it will all be dedicated to the reason of this interview.

1. Hya Shylock , my friend the yankee!
1. Oh dear, please do not call me that. As a resident of the State of Georgia, I hate being lumped into that word ^_^.
(It is a joke, of course. I do not mind at all.)

2. Sure, my friend the Georgi. For introduction tell us a little bit about yourself... When and why did you start playing e-Sim and what have you done here so far?
2. I was approached by a few individuals on the eUS Forums and I decided to stick around unlike some of the folks that invited me. I have held many titles over the course of time including Minister of Finance and later Country President of the United Kingdom (when it was cool and controlled Ireland). I have also been the President of the United States for a full fifteen days! (hah). I've started several military units up and I started the most valuable stock market in the United States.
Oh, and one last thing I forgot, I was a game operator as well. Most of you remember me as "Hamburger" or "Harbinger", depending on what you called me.

3. You've done a lot and I intend to dig into every aspect you pointed out here... Let's start with the CP of UK thingie - how the hell did a Georgi like you get to be the CP of United Kingdom? Especially with their strange attachment to Queens?
3. That is a complex story. Surely you know of Bonkers . Ranflax , Smack , Solymir and I are pretty close. I decided to leave the United States for a minor greener pastures (I did so jokingly and earned the United States some gold in the process, but that was ages ago) because I wanted to try someplace new. Not knowing any language other than English, some German ( Ein katze ist unter der auto, Herr Orlandio . - see, worthless). I decided upon the United Kingdom because, well, they speak English (despite being ruled by monarchs from Hannover). (*, but not really, because it is a constitutional monarchy).
Anywhom, Bonkers was the most influential military unit in the United Kingdom at the time and after three months of living there, I ran for CP. I nearly lost, it was a close race -- a mere five votes decided the whole thing. EVEN THOUGH THE THE OTHER GUY SAID HE WAS QUITTING. I didn't do much of note except occasionly troll Kaszanka and help Portugal out in some random Brazilian battle. That is about it
It was kind of odd because at the time, the USA was in AGC and the United Kingdom was in OMEGA.

4. Okay, we cleared that out. I don't really speak German (AT ALL), so in my opinion you said something real difficult and very perfectly, to me. Now that we know about your career in UK, tell us about US.
4. Ha, not perfect German. At all. In the United States, I, ugh, yeah... Not much there. People let their guard down -- I suppose, I've walked out of many things in the past. A name change later and a few months of not doing anything major -- and I was the President. The most notable thing I did as President was declare war on Iran. I thought that was fun. Otherwise, I didn't do too much.

5. So now we know that all you do as president, is declare and fight in wars. What did you do as a GO though (because GOs don't have liberties to start wars... or do they?) and for how long did you held that office?
5. Well, I believe I was a Game Operator for a full month until I got pissed about how certain individuals and groups get preferential treatment and a kind and courteous 'look the other way' deal. I enjoyed the job quite a lot. After I left, Ranflax left and Miniteck was replaced. So, that is that.
I banned LeroyCombs and Leroy Combs and a variety of other people. I felt like I did a good job when I put my mind too it.

6. I've always said that the number of banned players truly shows the qualities of a GO. Now, one final question before the BIG question... You talked about MUs you've started and something about a Stock market. Tell us more about all this.
6. Greenfield Investments (GFI) is the largest stock company in the United States. I originally started the stock corporation as a partnership between Cerby , The Wonderbolts (That MU is in Israel now, not sure what it is called anymore) and a few other people. We started with roughly 800g in assets and after a few months, we were up to 2100g in value. I left the game and gave my shares to my friend Hekter who gave them to another friend of mine, Lilith of Apollyon . Anyways, after I came back, I decided to start up a military unit with Liquid HOMICIDE called "Global Liberation Army" and raised funds for a decent commune. Not soon afterwards, we merged with The Golden Company -- owned by Dorn and became one of the larger military families in the United States. I left (once more) and gave this to Lilith of Apollyon . I love that guy, as you can tell. Now, all my creations are owned by the United States Goverment and I am pretty proud of myself for getting them there!

7. Now, the introduction for this interview is well over and we can talk about the main reason I decided to do this interview with you. It's because you are once again doing something great. Not in global matter yet, as I'd like to imagine it, right now you're targeting US, your home country, with a new kind of help program. Tell us all about the Compass Charities .
7. Compass Charities is named that for a reason, that reason is that we hope to lead new players in the right direction (as opposed to North-Northwest). We hand out food, gifts, and help them get competitive employment. After that, we recommend that they join West Point (our training military unit) and we continue to help them until they hit Level 14. We hope that by that time they are smart enough to make it on their own.
We are slightly dependent on donations -- I myself contributed 800g to the whole deal -- while others have helped me raise over 150g. I'd like to expand my project overseas but as I previously mentioned, I doubt my experience in foreign languages will not prove to help me. If others are interested in helping me -- whether it be through translation of my articles, messages, or even program forms -- I would appreciate that.
My charity does not recognize nationalities and is willing to help anyone stay in the game. Stronger opponents and allies make the game fun and I am willing to help everyone and anyone in making this game something bright and exciting. In addition to our normal charity work, we also put out publications about prices and wages in a variety of countries for more experienced individuals.

8. Now, to keep it all in Part I, we have to finish the interview... Bb, have more nice projects in the future!
8. Alrighty, thanks -- sorry I ate all your charachters

This time a tiny picture.

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

"E-Sim is one of the most unique browser games out there"

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
