(I intend to interview every willing CP, starting alphabetically and going downwards in that order. I can do exceptions if someone asks me to interview their CP before though. VOTE and SUB for these interviews to reach everyone interested in politics.)

Hi guys and I hope you like my 3rd interview. Today I decided to do something different and interview Lilith of Apollyon , temporary Supreme and long-time Military Commander of an alliance called Auletian Pact. After all I want to give a Global overview on politics not only Presidents.

1. Hello, Lilith of Apollyon !
1. Hello, how are you?

2. So you're the guy that after a big meltdown became Supreme Commander of what's 3rd-biggest alliance right now - Auletian Pact?
2. Well, I'm actually Military Commander but I'm filling in as Supreme Commander at the moment as well until we can find a permanent solution.
And third biggest is a very gracious way of saying 'Smallest', but I appreciate it.

3. Well,l if you count all the 2-country alliances (I think they go as far as calling them MPPs), there's probably dozens behind you.
I know you already discussed some of it in your recent article but could you tell the story of how the ''meltdown'' of the alliance exactly happened and what drove to it? When did the process start, what were the reasons etc?

3. Well, that's quite a long story but I will try to condense it as much as possible.
This all really started at the beginning of Aleutian Pact, Brazil petitioned for entry early in the process. We didn't want to create tensions with Phoenix, at the time, so we rejected them. We didn't really feel 'right' about it but it seemed easier not to make waves.
A few weeks ago, we revisited the issue in a meeting and I brought it up with Tsrung, who was then their military commander. He had said he found Portugal's involvement in Brazil frustrating as well and agreed that we should take Brazil in and support them in a Resistance against Portugal. I made it very clear to Brazil that this was only to support liberation and that we would not support any attack on Azores, nor would I be happy about it. They agreed and...
Well, I think the narrative from there is pretty well known. We kicked them out, Spain MPP'ed the US and attacked Brazil, the US attacked, we had peace talks, etc etc.

4. And what resulted in both the biggest leaders Firo Prochainzo and MatthijsM catapulting from AP?
4. They were frustrated by a lack of involvement by a few nations. We're a small alliance, which makes coordination pretty important but we've really struggled with getting some nations to show up for meetings.
Eventually, MatthijsM and Firo Prochainzo got to the point where they felt like enough people weren't taking the work they'd put in seriously and hoped that, by walking out, they'd get some of those nations to wake up.

5. So now, having been the SC for a week, what have been the biggest challenges and what exactly have you done to control the damage?
5. Well, it's a small group and I've been there since the beginning, so it hasn't been a very difficult transition. Everyone already knows and trusts me. Mostly it's just been a matter of carrying on business as usual without them. When Dutch had stepped down from SC originally, we'd discussed my being SC and I had turned it down because I preferred to be MC and doing both gives me too much power but... well, now here we are anyway. Haha.

6. Which countries are in AP? Are any of them possibly leaving the alliance and are you thinking of letting any more countries in at the moment?
We currently have The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Ireland, The United States, Australia, Argentina, Norway and Brazil. We gave temporary approval to South Korea and Pakistan but they never showed up or responded, so... lol who knows?
As for countries leaving, I doubt they'd tell me first. After everything that's happened recently and disagreements on how to respond to Spain and attacks on France, I wouldn't be surprised if some of them were.
As for looking for new countries, not at the moment. There's plenty of work to do just managing what we're doing right now and patching up the holes.

7. Which battles AP supports at the moment and which of the battles your countries are involved do you not?
7. We're focusing on Spain and Portugal at the moment, until they accept an NAP that recognizes Brazil's sovreignty. Up to this point, we've been supporting Phoenix battles and priorities, in general but I think we're going to start deciding on a more case by case basis, in the future. Phoenix is an alliance that frequently behaves as individuals, which makes it difficult unless we treat their members individually.

8. As they say in "Top Gear" - And on this bombshell, it's time to finish. Thank you for the interview Asuka, it's been a good overview on AP.
8. Thank you, it's always a pleasure to get some really challenging questions and I hope all of you reading this like and subscribe this guy! Knowledge is, in this game, everything.

It's a wonderful Christmas, ain't it

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
