1. Hello
Orlandio , nice to meet you!
2. Canada seems to be in quite a good state right now. How many regions do you own and are any of them occupied from someone?
2. Well, we had all South Korean regions but we lost them all. Now we have our core regions. This month the Canadian priority is to make money and help our allies fight against G7.
3. Now you're a 1st-time president, am I right? What made you decide to candidate and are you going to do it again?
3. I was Portuguese president in the past.
This is my second time as president, but my first time here in Canada. The reason i'm president of Canada is because the last Canadian president asked impeach and he trust on me so i was elected from the congress to be Canadian president. I'm working with the government of the last President and i think it's working well, we are doing nice improvements . Next month i'm thinking in going for President again.
4. So basically... Canadian government consists of Portugese?
4. No, actually i'm the only Portuguese member on the government. We have some portuguese on the congress but it's all with Canadian consensus. We are not Taking Over Canada . We are here to help Canada and if Canada wants we will stay and help.
5. Canada is a member of Phoenix. When did you join and what did you have to do to join?
5. When Canada joined Phoenix i was not in Canada so i can't specify when they joined and what they had to do to join, but i believe they joined on the beginning of the creation of Phoenix. We have good relations with Phoenix members so i think it was a bonus to let us join. If you see, Canada have good relations with everyone, less South Korea.
6. What about Portugal, your birth country? They're in Phoenix too, what's the story there?
6. Well i love Portugal and i will always love it! I will go back to Portugal in a near future but first i want to stay some time in Canada and help Canada, maybe in 2 months i go back. Portugal is good i think but the problem with Brazil is starting to being annoying. Now USA joined this "party" it's even worst.
As Canadian President i have nothing to say against USA, but as Vice-Portuguese President ( yes i am also vice president of Portugal ) i must say, USA it's making it even worst! What USA is saying of the articles it's not completely truth ! Portugal and Spain tried to make GOOD deals and Brazil refuses it. USA are making articles trying to make it looks like Portugal and Spain was the "bad boys" and didn't tried the best.
My opinion as Portuguese vice-president is, USA is making this war worst, they think they are the "liberators" but the reality is that they did sh*t this time.
But in general i think Portugal is good, and like i said above, i will go back to Portugal soon, maybe in 1 month or two.
7. We have got a lot of these articles from your (I'm talking to your Canadian side here) big brother lately and they've been a little confusing, true. We also established that you are something similar to a super-hero (one guy at day, another guy at night). Or how does this Canadian CP/ Portugese vCP exactly work!?
Now a serious question though - Which non-Phoenix alliances do you have if any? Are you looking for more alliances and what would be the terms for countries looking to have an MPP with you?
7. Well, Canada is on Phoenix Alliance, we are anti g7 ! We support all countries that are with us in this journey to fight against G7. G7 is killing this game, they are like a train that run over everything in the path! Being Canadian ally and make MPP with us is really easy... all you need to have is be anti-g7 and support your allies! It's very important to think for your allies and not only for yourself ! It's what Canada is doing right now - leaving war and helping friends!
8. Your country is currently in war with China and South Korea. What's the history behind these wars? When did they start and how have they gone this far? How much have you spent on them, are there any countries that have helped you a lot with them? What are the formal reasons of the wars and who's the aggressor there?
8. Ya it's true we are in war with them... All happened when we attacked Taiwan! China attacked us, Taiwan and South Korea on their side. But honestly, the war with China was not important, we don't want any Chinese regions, our interest was high iron in Taiwan. China is very protective when we are talking about Taiwan, so declaring war on Taiwan it's almost the same as declaring war on China.
About spending, we have a small economy so it's much harder for Canada to make money than some countries with big economies, so every expense for us is big. The war with China was not expensive, we didn't attack to win and it basically didn't cost anything to us. The war with South Korea was much more expensive! We had a bigger income with South Korea though so i think it was 50/50. We spent around 100 gold in total on war against Taiwan. We have quite low expenses on wars because we refuse to hire mercenaries.
About the help, i must be honest, Canada don't have a lot of help from foreign countries. Sometimes some allies help us but nothing really shocking. But i totally understand! Every country in our alliance or anti-g7 is having bigger problems so they just can't help. We did get major support from Colombia and Iran though.
If you ask me who was the aggressor in all this wars i must be honest, Canada was the aggressor in South Korea and Taiwan. The war with China was started by them though, I think! But this is a game, some people play to win and if you wanna win you need to attack someone. This is my personal opinion, other people may disagree with me.
9. What have been the most serious conflicts/issues that you've had to solve during your term?
9. None, everything is really calm during my term but I'm afraid everything will change in the next days. We are waiting a Lithuanian attack so I hope we'll be able to win this.
10. You'd be the first then.
Has there been any PTO attempts, MM attacks or any other kind of sabotages in Canada recently?
10. Well we are having one attempt of PTO right now, if you can call it PTO. So we will have one Civil war in the next days (probably) it depends in the war against lithuania. About MM attacks we had some in the past but nothing serious, we could solve it really quickly. Everything else it's kinda calm, we are a calm country.
11. Has Canada ever had a serious danger of getting PTOed?
11. All the time... Let me be clear, we have really few REAL Canadians playing e-sim, so almost every population is foreign! Right now Canada is being governed by real Canadians but it would be easy some day in the future to some player take over Canada against real Canadians consensual.
12. I don't know how it is that both countries I've interviewed consist of foreigners. I wonder where do these foreigners come if all the countries are filled with them and have no original players.
So bottom line how many citizens does your country have, how many residents? How many of these citizens are original-born Canadians? And where are most of these foreigners originally from?
12. You will be shocked when i tell you how many real Canadians are playing e-sim. I will tell you in the end of my answer, suspance . We have 131 citizens right now, 158 residents and real canadians...... 9
We have a lot of Serbians and Americans. Almost every American with Canadian CS hates America in real life so they asked Canadian citizenship and they play for us.
13. How big is Canada's tax income and what are your most gainful regions? How much of the war funds comes from taxes?
13. We have a nice income considering our economy. Right now we are making 700 CAD in 2 days +/- . Our most gainful region is Canada East Coast with high Grain, without it our economy would die. To support gov economy we have gov companies working almost 100%. We make food q5 and we sell it, it's our biggest way of income right now.
14. Which people would you thank the most? Who have helped you most in both as the CP of Portugal and Canada?
14. So many people, some don't play anymore. I would thank

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
