This interview is withSharous , CP of one of the biggest countries. This time I didn't ask too much of the questions like "Where do you get your profits" and "Are you PTOed" because after all it's LITHUANIA!!!
1. Greetings
Sharous , 12th President of the Great Lithuania!
1. Hello, I'm glad that such a great writer wants to take an interview from me.
2. You have been the CP for almost 2 months, will you continue in May? (Elections just in a few days)
2. No, I'm tired and I want to have more free time for studying and friends.
3. That's understandable. How has it been ruling the biggest country of e-Sim for these months?
3. Very exciting! ruling one of the biggest countries changes your attitude about many things in game. Also I met great players from other countries.
4. Now tell us a little bit about how does one BECOME the CP of Lithuania? Because of the size of the country, I'm sure you have very developed political system.
Very simple.
Write an article about your plans, ideas, talk with main Lithuanian players who have worked at gov. And I think main reason why I became CP is having almost same opinions with the former CP 
lokiju who also was the one that recommended me for this position, despite of my softness with other countries. Oh, and no other strong candidates ran elections.
Talking about my team. Lithuanian politics system currently have 5 main organizations - Defense, Recruit, Foreign, Statistics and Government who based on all type of questions. In fact, I could leave them to work alone and they would do everything by their own, all I have to do is to make some laws.
5. About the "softness with other countries", could you give some details on that?
In example, Lithuania have power to keep Canada, but I just let them go (of course with some other reasons). Other example, I suggested Sweden NAP,
lokiju wouldn't have done that because he knows them better and he has priority to get as much incomes as possible. If someone don't know how it ended, Sweden refused.
6. Does Lithuania have some specific political system, different from some other countries? For example, are there certain ruling parties that put and promote their candidates every month and people will decide their vote more on the basis of the party, not candidate?
6. Nothing specific I think. Most of election winners are very well known players.
7. So bottom line, you have a system like any other country and CP elections get won barely by the most popular players. Still, with 2nd biggest population you have advantage of having a very competent congress. Can you name some people that have been in the government/congress of Lt for longest?
7. Yes. Most populars congress people? We can see on the picture below that most popular congressman is
Briediss , following 
Azartiskas and 
Atsigauk (last two players are former CPs). Briediss is well known player who works with newborn players. If someone wants to know better how theses statistics were made, write a pm to me .

8. Can't get enough of your government - How many ministers do you have?
8. Ministers? Probably 5. If I remember correct. I appreciate every person who works with me. In my team are about 20-30 people.
9. I guess there's no secret that Lithuania is earing EPIC sums of profits every day and also wasting EPIC part of the profits on wars. So don't be shy, approximately how much does Lt earn every month and how much spends on wars?
9. We have our policy to keep it at secret. Sorry.
All I can say is that our spending sum is very different every month.
10. What, do you think, are the biggest successes of your terms? And if you have any, add some failures too.
10. Wow. Never thought about it.
I broke probably most occupied regions record on Primera. It was about 42 regions or more. And I remember only one failure - losing Sorlandet which our try to win cost us lot of golds.
11. Which countries is Lithuania, the famous King of War, involved in right now and how are they going for you?
11. As every day for the last 4 months, Gotaland RW, nothing more. By the way, I'm trying to help G7 alliance as much as possible and I think we're dealing with it pretty good.
12. Why is Lithuania so big?
12. Because we have many players!
13. With 13th "question" we finish. Also, I wonder what happens to the next (13th) CP of Lithuania!? Perhaps he will get banned, get impeached and then accidently fall from the His Prahjul (it's a veeery tall pyramid I built into Primera
). Just guessing.... On, and thank you for the interview!
13. Depends on who becomes the CP. We would make impeach if some "troll" would win the elections, but hopefully next CP will be really good. What a nice word you have for your pyramid! It was pleasure. Good bye!

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
