In several past days we have seen titles like ''Sweden leaves Phoenix '', ''Latvia leaves Phoenix '' and ''Dissolution of Phoenix '' in Global articles. Now you see interview with Maxxst to make sure this topic never gets old.
After ''Auletian Pact'' had some issues, Phoenix followed and ended up being closed. News about the dissolution of the biggest alliance after G7 gave us their Press Director Maxxst . Today I'm doing an interview with him, so everyone could know now and in the future, why it all happened. I hope you enjoy it and get smarter not dumber!

1. Hello Maxxst , former Press Director of Phoenix!
1. Hi Orlandio !

2. When was Phoenix founded and who founded it (which people, which countries were the fouding members)?
2. It was founded in January 2013. I think it was already a quite big alliance at that time. So most of the countries were founding members. As far as I know Tsrug (now Pippis Pappa ) was the first SC.

3. Which countries that had been members of the alliance, had left before dissolution?
3. Well, you can say Sweden and Latvia. But that was just before the official dissolution.

4. Was it suprising to you, that 2 big members (Latvia and Sweden) left the alliance in one day? Had you (leaders of Phoenix) been discussing it with their leaders before?
4. We were not surprised. One day before we had a meeting and Sweden told us that it will be the last chance for Phoenix to hold them. But the meeting wasn't any success. We were only discussing and in the end we had no result. But it started already before. Sweden and Latvia are the biggest countries under longer occupation and they were not satisfied.
The smaller countries (like Germany) just didn't talk about it. Maybe they were happy to be at least in an alliance. We as HQ could not stop them. This meeting I've mentioned before was our last try, because not we had to solve Phoenix's problems but all members. It was not the HQ which failed, it was the lack cooperation and activity in the whole alliance.

5. When did the ''dying'' process start? I understand there was mayor lack of organizing in Phoenix but which countries were the most ''rebel'' and was it all like that from the very start?
5. The problems were there from the beginning I think. At the start you always have problems. But they didn't disappear and some others came to that. And we had too much countries to handle them all.
The question for a most "rebel" country is a bit difficult. We had so many countries and different opinions and views. But there was kind of a gap between countries that were occupied and countries that were free and wanted colonies. And both sides were rebelling a bit against each other. You can call Sweden and Latvia as the most rebelling, if you want. And this is not meant in a negative way. Sweden did the best to improve the situation of the occupied countries. I have great respect to SMTaishan , the Swedish CP.

6. Would the alliance still exist if it's biggest members wouldn't have left?
6. Definitely no. This alliance was too big and most of its members too inactive. Maybe it would still exist on the paper, but it would not be active at all anymore.

7. Do you know, if there is another anti-G7 alliance in formation right now or do you think there will be soon?
7. Of course the countries are searching for a new alliance. And I know that there are some approaches.

8. Are the ex-Phoenix countries still co-operating against G7? Since some of them had tense relations in the alliance, is it possible that now they're free from the Phoenix, some of them will start attacking each other?
8. I don't know^^ But I don't think that this would happen.

9. Thank you for giving that interview and doing it so fast after the break-up of Phoenix! You had a nice run!
9. Thank you!

They made it over 100 days, 1 day longer than Napoleon I in his 2nd term. Now the question is, will the Phoenix raise again from ashes, as Napoleon I did (to get his failed Hundred Days Term)!?

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
