Company statute

1. A maximum of 1000 shares will be issued
2. Domotine & Paranoidmelon will receive 500 each, to which they may do whatever they please.
3. A dividend will be paid once a month on the 6th day of the month.
4. By buying shares in DEZNA Corporate you acknowledge that Domotine may conduct business in whatever way they see fit. You acknowledge that Domotine is the sole owner of all assets held by the SC and may use them in whatever way he sees fit, including self-dealing that may be disadvantageous to the SC.
5. Domotine may use his portion of dividend to buy companies, loans, and other company needs.
6. These rules may be changed without prior notice to Shareholders, though Domotine will, to the best of his ability, allow Shareholders to vote on changes to the Statute.
