问：南苏丹冲突发生以来，中方为缓解紧张局势做了哪些工作？有报道称，当前南苏丹人道局势堪忧。中方对此有何评论，是否将向南提供人道主义援助？
答：自南苏丹冲突爆发以来，中方一直在以自己的方式积极劝和促谈。我们通过各种方式做南苏丹冲突双方工作，日前，中国政府非洲事务特别代表钟建华大使同南外长本杰明通电话，推动双方保持克制和冷静，尽快停火谈判。我们积极推动国际社会在缓解南局势方面发挥积极作用，并与伊加特、非盟及非洲国家等各方保持密切沟通、协调与配合。受中国政府委派，钟建华特别代表目前已出访南苏丹及周边国家，积极开展斡旋工作。中方愿继续与有关各方加强沟通与协调，共同推动南局势尽快恢复稳定。
目前，南苏丹人道主义局势出现恶化，我们对此感到忧虑。作为南苏丹人民的好朋友，为表明中国人民对南苏丹人民的友好情谊，中国红十字会已通过红十字国际委员会向南苏丹人民提供紧急人道主义援助。中方还将视南苏丹局势发展继续提供力所能及的帮助，同时也呼吁国际社会向南苏丹人民伸出援助之手。
问：第二次叙利亚问题日内瓦会议将于2014年1月22日举行。如会议如期举行，将是叙利亚政府和反对派首次坐到谈判桌前，叙利亚问题的政治解决面临“机遇之窗”。中方一贯强调应政治解决叙利亚问题，请介绍一下中方同各方接触情况及所做工作。
答：作为安理会常任理事国和负责任大国，中国一直高度关注叙利亚局势的发展，为妥善解决叙利亚问题发挥了积极和建设性作用。
中方就及早举行第二次叙利亚问题日内瓦会议同联合国、安理会五常任理事国、地区国家等保持密切沟通和磋商。不久前，杨洁篪国务委员访问伊朗，双方就叙利亚问题交换了意见。王毅外长分别同联合国秘书长潘基文、俄罗斯外长拉夫罗夫、美国国务卿克里通电话，就确保第二次日内瓦会议如期举行并取得积极成果，早日实质性启动政治解决进程交换了看法。近期中方接待了约旦、埃及等国外长访华，昨天王毅外长刚结束对中东地区访问，叙利亚问题是上述出访来访的重要议题之一。中方还先后两次出席了由安理会五常、叙邻国等参加的第二次日内瓦会议筹备会。
中方通过多种渠道积极平衡做叙利亚有关各方工作，劝和促谈。中方一直同叙利亚政府保持接触并做工作，支持叙利亚政府出席第二次日内瓦会议。中国有关驻外机构也同叙利亚有关反对派组织保持着联系。近期，中方曾邀请由叙利亚境内部分反对派组织和亲政府人士组成的“全国对话联盟”代表团访华，就政治解决叙利亚问题做工作。不久前，中国中东问题特使吴思科在出席巴林“麦纳麦对话会”期间会见了叙反对派“全国联盟”主席事务负责人。中方将继续为劝促叙利亚各方积极建设性参与第二次日内瓦会议，通过政治谈判手段解决叙利亚问题做出努力。
政治解决叙利亚问题和销毁叙化武两个轨道应平行推进。中方积极参加联合国、禁化武组织关于叙化武问题的讨论，并为叙化武销毁提供支持。中方已向禁化武组织选派多名专家参与叙化武销毁核查工作，并向禁化武组织捐赠医疗和安保监控设备。中方还将与俄罗斯、丹麦等国一道为叙化武海运提供联合护航。
当前叙利亚人道局势严峻，暴风雪更加重了叙人民及境外难民的困境。中方准备向叙利亚提供新的人道主义援助，帮助叙利亚人民渡过寒冬。
问：日本内阁官房长官菅义伟26日称，安倍晋三是以私人身份参拜，政府并未介入其中。但据报道，安倍当天参拜结束后在留言簿写下的是“内阁总理大臣安倍晋三”。另外，安倍参拜遭到国际社会同声谴责，韩国政府表示愤怒，美国表示失望，俄罗斯表示遗憾。中方对此有何评论？
答：我们注意到了国际社会的有关反应。关于安倍首相参拜靖国神社问题，昨天王毅部长已经召见日本驻华大使提出严正交涉，对日方错误行动予以严厉谴责，外交部发言人发表了谈话，表明了中方严正立场。
我想说的是，日本领导人的辩解苍白无力，根本不值一驳。无论是他昨天的诡辩，还是一年来的各种言行，我们从中看到的是：虚伪、狂妄、自相矛盾。安倍嘴上讲的是道义、和平、对话，实际上干的是什么呢？鼓吹“侵略未定论”，美化日本军国主义侵略和殖民历史，扩充军备，企图否定二战成果，挑战战后国际秩序。这一系列的表演足以让世人对安倍正把日本引往何处保持高度警觉和担忧。我们不禁要问，这样连自己的历史都不愿、不敢正视的人，何以取信于国际社会？何以令人相信他能够为地区和世界的和平与稳定发挥作用？
得道多助，失道寡助。日本领导人究竟是正视历史，彻底反省，在以史为鉴的基础上同亚洲国家发展面向未来的关系？还是一意孤行，做孤家寡人，在错误和危险的道路上越走越远？选择权在他自己的手中。我们希望日本领导人能够以国家和人民的根本和长远利益为重，以地区的和平与发展为重，做负责任的人，说负责任的话，行负责任的事。如果执迷不悟，继续挑衅国际正义，践踏人类良知，挑战与邻国关系的底线，我们必将奉陪到底。
问：有中国媒体评论称，应将安倍列为“不受欢迎的人”。中方对此有何回应？中方是否会就安倍参拜靖国神社出台进一步制裁措施？
答：对于媒体的具体评论，我不作回应。但我相信大家可以看到而且能够充分感受到，日本领导人的倒行逆施已经激起了中国人民的强烈义愤和声讨。安倍不顾中方坚决反对，冒天下之大不韪，在历史问题上开倒车，制造严重事端，给中日关系的改善和发展制造了新的重大政治障碍。日方必须对此负全部责任，承担由此造成的一切后果。我们要求日方采取实际行动，纠正错误，消除恶劣影响，否则中日关系的改善无从谈起。

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
