In Argentina, there is only one candidate,
cultosaynomore , who has published nothing about his candidation. He has been president one times, in July 2012.
In Australia, there are two candidates,
Matte Black , without anything lately published. She has been president twice, in December and July 2012 nad 
pun1sher of Latvia.
In Belarus, 3 candidates... All from Formoza MH. Namely:
KOCHAM KACPERKA (never president), 
Valium (twice, May and June 2013) and 
Elizabeth de Monthey (once, April 2013). Nothing published...
In Belgium at the moment, 2 candidates compete:
Sunsetter and 
Night_Crawler . Sunsetter has published nothing in the last 5 months (!), meanwhile, Night_Crawler simply published nothing about his plans, but is actively coordinating in shouts.
Bosnia is full of candidates:
B34R , 
Nakaza , 
ankara and gologurek87 , without articles or previous presidencies. gologurek is level 9 only. Campaign goes in shouts: Nakaza campaigns with plain "vote me", while gologurek is constantly accusing Nakaza with being a Serb PTOer (others claim he is not) and ankara with being a Turkish. ankara and B34R do not seem to campaign.
Brazil has 2 candidates:
renegad with a campaign article and plans of keeping territories and organizing a babyboom, along with setting up a social help system, and 
yIssei without any campaign but having been a president twice, in March and October 2012. Numerous players claim renegad has been multiing. Edit 16:10 new candidate: 
Acsaram ! No presentation, but is experienced. Also, a new analysis , which does not like the lack of presentation, and Letevictor's likely multies. Later, Acsaram published an article about improving army and communication.
In Bulgaria, the 2-times (currently and in September 2012) president
Varna1899 is seeking for reelection. Nothing published.
In Canada, the 6-times (nah, I'm not gonna list it) president
OwenHargreaves is running. He has published campaign articles . Friends, peace, coordination channel, cheaper market. His candidation, however, is controversial, and based on shouts, there is a chance that Poulin LaTerreur will run against him, but this did not happen.
Chile has 2 candidates: the Greek
bebis and the Polish 
Adson102 . Bebis published nothing, while Adson102's keywords are: supplies, reforming government, getting a medal. His plans are here.
China's currently only candidate is
cryst216 . Nothing published.
Colombia's 2 candidates are
pejuang45 (oh my god, what name is that?) of Indonesia and 
Botero . Nothing strikes again.
In Croatia ,
Mr WereWolf is running with MU power increase, cheap supply, communication, 
Kapetan_Balvan , the current but medalless CP is campaigning with 'continuing the good work'.
Czech Rep.:
dejan1970 , 3 times president, nothing published.
There are 2 competing candidates in Estonia:
jij5354 , who has published a campaign article . Short summary: the opponent, NoamBlecher is a foreigner without campaign, and that luv Lithuania.

Two candidates in Hungary:
RIP my predecessor , with a campaign article mostly consisting of: suggestions should be sent in a normal manner, and that foreign relations need to be strengthened - however, some criticize him for previously having another CS-, and theface , whose campaign is pretty simple: "I need gold".
India has 2:
Cruciator , current president, no published stuff and Ubercool (campaign ), admittedly IRL Portuguese, wants to have a war, increase MM movement and a babyboom.
Indonesia has 3:
siegehart , current CP, 
nackles and is dead . Not much campaign, however, apparently siegehart is willing to finish what he started. Whatever it means.
Iran has got 5 candidates:
dane , current CP, his vCP-candidate khalijefars , homayoon2012 , 
haretar and pouya 201266 . From what I understood, dane mostly summarizes, khalijefars runs 'coz he got 10 golds, pouya says: calm market, get resources, conquer China, reorganization.
Ireland:
Epic_Wizard : ATO from Spain, ministry of fun, newbies are the core points, based on his article , while qwaszx wants government companies, ministry of fun and newbie-supplying, along with more territories, however he is accused of being a Spanish TOer.
Israel's
AH333 campaigns with his plan: reshuffling the international cards, increasing profits, strengthening army, conquests.
Italy has only
acido75 at the moment, current CP, who campaigns with his results in wage reform, strenghtening state MUs and relationships with WIC.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
