Eerst en vooral zou ik me graag willen excuseren voor dat toch wel irritant geel kleurtje hierboven.
Maar nu terug naar de reden waarom ik dit artikel geschreven heb, ik zou me graag kandidaat stellen voor de positie als president. Hieronder kan je lezen wat je van mij kan verwachten als je op mij stemt als president.
Inhoud:
1)Economie.
2)Interne zaken.
3)Buitenlandse zaken.
4)Defensie.
Economie:
De economie en de rating van de BEF is vaak besproken geweest in de IRC. Verschillende presidenten hebben de rating telkens veranderd wat een negatief effect had voor zover ik van mening ben. Ik ben er zeker van dat sommige spelers er rijker door geworden zijn en dit dus niet als iets negatief zien maar je had dan ook als neveneffect dat er spelers armer geworden zijn. Ook is het niet aantrekkelijk voor buitenlandse investeerders als de ratings telkens verandert, en nu dat een high wood region aantrekkelijk is kunnen we die buitenlandse investeerders wel gebruiken. Ik sta er dus op om de BEF een vaste waarde te geven en die stabiel te houden.
Om België als land nog rijker te maken had
Gazeteci Serif vorige maand een goed idee die we dan ook tot 2 x toe hebben uitgevoerd. Dit idee was het starten van een CW, omdat de laatste CW slecht is afgelopen zal er nu wel even geen meer gestart worden maar ik wil hiermee toch nog eens duidelijk maken hoe belangrijk het is om een goede stem uit te brengen tijdens de congres verkiezingen. Zij kunnen overigens nieuwe spelers accepteren in België die dan de CW "verpesten" met grote risico's als gevolg...
Ook de regio Alsace Lorraine is nu een bonus sinds zoals ik al eerder vermeldde deze meer gold opbrengt dan onze 3 regio's die ingenomen zijn door Frankrijk.

Interne zaken:
Intern hebben we 2 zaken waar we moeten aan werken.
-1. Een BB. België staat 43ste van de 46 op dit spel qua aantal burgers. Dit is veel te laag, en als we onze militaire kracht willen vergroten zullen we ook nieuwe spelers nodig hebben. Ik heb de laatste dagen al op verscheidene spelletjes naar Belgische spelers spam mails gestuurd om hun naar dit spel te krijgen, maar het zou veel meer effect hebben als we met een groep deze inspanning leveren, niet alleen is het goed voor België, maar ook jij krijgt er goud door en achievements.
-2. Veel mensen denken dat ze Pro-Frankrijk of Pro-Nederland moeten zijn in dit spel gezien de huidige situatie. Ik vind dit echter irritant sinds iedereen Pro-België zou moeten moeten zijn...
Als we een beslissing nemen die bv. iets beter is voor Frankrijk dan voor Nederland dan moeten mensen zich niet afvragen of we Pro-Frankrijk zijn maar dan wilt dit gewoon zeggen dat de beste oplossing voor België misschien wel eens die zou kunnen zijn...
Buitenlandse zaken:
De relatie met Frankrijk/Nederland is nog iets waar we aan kunnen werken. Ik heb gemerkt dat velen nog steeds van mening zijn dat we Vlaanderen en de andere 2 Belgische regio's moeten terugnemen van de Fransen, maar dit is momenteel niet het beste. Er is me al gevraagd of ik Pro-Frankrijk ben of Pro-Nederland. Het antwoord daarop was altijd simpel, Pro-België. Momenteel is de beste oplossing zoals het nu is. De Fransen hebben een route naar Nederland, en wij krijgen in plaats daarvoor de regio Alsace Lorraine. Die regio levert de Belgische Staat meer inkomsten op dan onze 3 Belgische regio's, dus daar moeten we ook niet op klagen... Dit wil natuurlijk niet zeggen dat we de Fransen liever hebben dan de Nederlanders.
Defensie:
Zoals ik al vermeldde is België zelf nog niet sterk genoeg. Een BB kan dit een deel oplossen maar die spelers hebben tijd nodig om te groeien en zijn dus niet direct een grote versterking.
Nu in België moeten we ons nog niet direct grote zorgen gaan maken sinds de sterkste van onze buren een alliantie is.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
