还有，为什么媒体圈、影视圈知名的一些演员，一些导演都要加入外国国籍？去外国生活。还有很多学生家长非常希望自己的孩子到国外留学。为什么不继续待在中国呢？我就这些问题。
宋：（笑问）其实还可以加一个问题，为什么都移民啊？包括宋老师你怎么待在法国不回来啊？（全场大笑并响起热烈的掌声）。我都帮你一起问了啊。
学生：我还有一个关于学潮的问题，我感觉学潮的事还是一个比较敏感的问题，到现在中学的课本包括我们的课本对这一段历史讲解非常少。我希望宋老师一起解答。谢谢宋老师。（再度一片掌声）
宋：我先说一个感受。我在法国的时候，经常有朋友对我说，哎呀，宋，你们中国太封闭。你看，八九事件都不能谈，学生们都不知道。可是怎么今天有两个同学都问到这个问题。你们不知道吗？你们怎么知道的呢？所以今天的经历可以拿来回应法国人（的质疑）。
祼官。其实外国不是没有祼官，也有，而且多的是。我就举一个数据你们就知道了。法国的经济总量是2万亿欧元，那么截止到目前逃出去的资金是多少？为什么逃出去？是为了避税。你们可以放开想象的翅膀猜一下。大胆猜，没有问题。猜中也没有奖。
现场学生：一万亿欧元。
宋：还有更高的吗？我拍一下槌。好，我说一下吧，不要吃惊啊。是26万亿欧元！是经济总量的13倍。穷人有钱往外逃吗？数字年年都是公开的，但没有办法解决。去年（即2013年）法国负责制订紧缩开支、减少福利政策的预算部长，把自己的财产转移走了。这个案子中国大都不知道，在法国影响很大。这个人可恨在哪里？一方面让大家牺牲，他自己把钱转走了，弄到国外去了。
今年还有一个事情很有意思。当时台湾准备看大陆的丑闻。就是瑞士银行在压力下要公开一些秘密账户。台湾说，看看大陆贪官这么多，怎么怎么样。结果公布出来之后，数量排第一的是台湾（全场讪笑）。当然你可以说台湾人有钱啊，钱都跑出去了，台湾不安全啊。但不管什么原因，台湾排第一。所以说，祼官哪都有（注：仅解释了祼官这一层含义，至于财、人都走的现象在国外也同样普遍。只不过西方普遍承认双重、多重国籍，未必一定移居国外）。但像中国政府这样规定的，如果是祼官，要撤职、辞职或者调整职务。只有中国才这样规定。在西方这样做是侵犯人权。为什么我当了官，我老婆孩子就不能出国留学定居？凭什么啊？法国总统希拉克就在美国留学的啊。只有中国有这样的规定：如果老婆孩子出去了，你就不能当官。我觉的这应该算是中国的优越性吧。当然你可以指责中国不讲人权，这时的中国确实不讲“人权”。
好，移民留学问题。移民，我说一个排名，大家可能还不知道。说出来可能吓你一跳。全球希望移民的地方，中国排第三。中国是世界上各个国家想来移民的，排第三位。中国哪一项特别吸引他们呢？不是雾霾啊。是工作环境，工作机会。因为在他们的国家已经没有什么工作机会了。我很多法国朋友都在中国工作。他们说打死也不回去。我就在中国。因为在中国人人都想干事。在国外不是。
回到移民这个问题来。首先我觉的移民不应该是用来指责中国的一个理由。为什么？第一点，你看看历史上在经济发展阶段，都出现过大量移民的现象。欧洲不是都往美国跑吗？六十年代的日本也都往欧洲国家跑啊。还有韩国，这都很正常啊。因为发展阶段在这里。我们出现移民是正常的事情，一个正常的经济现象。当然现在回流中国的也越来越多了。因为中国慢慢的富起来了嘛。
第二点，可能和中国的文化有关系。中国的文化是狡兔三窟。为了安全，这一个家，那一个家。这是我们的文化，未雨绸缪。
第三点，你们知道对外移民最多的国家，有一个排名。中国排第几啊？排第一的是印度，第二的是墨西哥，第三的是俄罗斯。中国是第四位。为什么不指责在中国之前的国家？就因为它们是西方民主制度吗？世界都把矛头指向中国了。当然西方媒体不是不知道，只不过中国是它们的威胁嘛。我问过法国人，我说印度这么落后，谁都看的见，你们怎么光说印度好啊？他们回答说：印度模式不可能成功啊，它永远没有威胁，但你们会威胁到我们。就这么简单。因为印度是一个不可能成功的模式，威胁不到它，就夸印度好。很坦率。可能搞国际关系的都这么坦率。关于移民我就说这么多。中国真的没有任何可以被指责的地方。它就是一个历史现象。我还说一个事，日本是1965年以后才取消国民海外旅游的限制，为了节约外汇，美元资金。原来和（嗡嗡嗡时的）中国一样，是不能出国的。可以说这种各种各样的，拿不到桌面上的事，西方人都干过。我就说日本崛起的时候，产品假冒伪劣的时候，有一家公司起名usa。所有的产品都打上Made in USA.（学生窃笑）。够狠吧。（非常注重质量的）日本人干过的啊，很正常。现在不过是轮到我们了嘛。再过十年二十年以后呢，就可能轮到印度了。
最后，又是学潮的问题。第一，我想问一下，这个问题的解决有没有迫切性。是不是不解决就不行了。中国现在面临许多问题，反腐、经济下滑、环保，是不是这些问题都不重要，需要先解决历史问题。这是我的第一个问号。
第二个问号，我们看西方是怎么处理的。你们上网查一下，1961年10月在巴黎街头发生了什么事情。法国警察对和平示威的人疯狂镇压。事后说什么，只死了一个人。什么时候政府才道歉？去年，2013年。奥朗德道歉了。以前也都是国家机密。谁都不能提，谁都不能说。
1961年10月17日，巴黎市区成千上万名阿尔及利亚裔移民走上街头，抗议法国政府对阿尔及利亚劳工的“宵禁令”，并且支持阿尔及利亚的独立运动。法国警察奉命前去进行血腥镇压。
我们再看看美国。十八世纪修铁路之后，不公正的对待华人。美国什么时候道的歉吗？也大概是去年。一百多年之后。为什么现在才道歉呢？一是对现在的社会没有冲击了，相关的人都死光了嘛。二是不需要赔偿了嘛，赔什么啊，当初是谁都不知道了。西方就是这么做的。
关于这个问题我就说这两点。一，这是我们目前迫切需要做的吗？二，西方是怎样做的。（全场热烈的掌声）

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
