Ok so lets start off by reiterating who the cabinet is this month.

President: BoukunSuzaku
Vice President: Molly Jo
Minister of Defense: Open
Vice MoD: MacOllie
Minister of Finance: DoctorZed
Vice MoF: brethern3
Minister of Foreign Affairs: terminator YN
Vice MoFA: Gonsi
-----Ambassador to China: SakuraLan
-----Ambassador to Israel: OhhMage

I still need a MoD, preferrably one with experience in the role.

Our Minister of Finances is already working out a plan to get the economy up and running, and SakuraLan is getting set into the role of Ambassador fairly well. Italy chose not to renew our MPP with them, but that was not much of a surprise. I've messaged the Mexican CP to see if they wish to renew that MPP. As I mentioned in my campaign article, I want our Ministry of Foreign Affairs out an active, trying to improve Japan's image in the wider world, and seeking out new friends. One of the biggest struggles, it seems, that our Foreign Affairs department will have is to get people to recognize that Japan is its own nation, and quite loyal to its allied. We are not, nor ever have been, a mercenary nation. Nor have we been "owned" by BlackWater. Yes it is quite true many in BW have held positions of authority many times within our nation, that is because they stepped up and were willing to do the hard work, often thankless work, not because they dictated the whole of Japan's policy. Feel free to ask some of those same members how many times Morbid Mushroom and I clashed very loudly over what he wanted to do, and how many times those plans of his were changed.

Its no secret that BlackWater went back to mercenary work, but what many people might not have realized is that they accounted for 75% of our nations military power, possibly even more. I checked Japan's damage numbers in our recent supportive efforts in the USA, and the Imperial Japanese Army was able to push out between 4 to 6 million damage in a battle, and accounted for 90% or more of Japan's total contribution. Needless to say its pretty obvious that the IJA is being crippled by the lack of full supply from the commune system and that is a major priority for this administration to get back on its feet ASAP. This will be difficult and will likely require some major alterations to how the commune functions, at least until the average economic skill improves.

Also regarding the BlackWater MU, I do not know much about their internal plans but I do know they are considering changing the nationality of the unit. When this happens I expect we will see many of its members leave our country and head towards their new base of operations. I want everyone in BW to know, they are welcome to remain Japanese citizens if they so choose. Japan is well aware that you have been a great boon to this country, and many of BW's prominent members have worked their asses off to improve Japan. We are all appreciative of the efforts of these citizens and have been proud to call them Japanese.

As Mentioned int he MoD article , we will be focusing our efforts to aid our ally the United States of America. They have made the generous offer to supply our fighters, and will coordinate the battles. This will give us the chance to gain some much needed experience, both in terms of game XP, and learning the ins and outs of proper fighting techniques. The USA are CIS allies but, more than that, they have helped us several times in important ways since before CIS was even formed. Now we have a chance to help them, and we shall do all we can. We have to be mindful tho, some of the USA's battles will come into conflict with Taiwan, and that is an area we CANNOT help them. We will honor the NAP with China and Taiwan.

Speaking of the Confederacy of Independent States, yes its taken some major hits. Several countries have left and it is a shell of its former power, but CIS HQ has not given up on it and they are exploring every avenue to strengthen the alliance. Similarly, I am loathe to give up on CIS, but duty demands I explore all options. My first job is the safety and prosperity of Japan. We will do all we can to aid and support our Alliance, but it is by no means to the exclusion of other options. Those options are very limited at this time, and many are less than ideal, but we would be remiss if we did not at least consider every one.

I will leave off mentioning that I published a new how to get into IRC article to help get our citizens, new and old, more invested in our community.

TL : DR
we're working on economy, diplomacy, and the IJA commune. BW is going bye bye. Support USA unless it would violate the NAP with China/Taiwan.

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
