The Primera Staff = All moderators (include Game Operators, Super Game Operators and Game Admin Operators). Except Kotera, who is not an actual moderator, but only has access to different kind of logs.
Developers = All the employees of Liberty Games Interactive Sp. z o.o. For example Railman, kMeel and others.
is that true that people who buy gold can be punished by only SGO and GOA and if yes why ?
EDIT: I finally understood the question after reading the comments down below.
And the answer is no. Buying gold in this game will grant you no rights to abuse other people etc without consequences.
The only effects of buying gold is that you will receive gold obviously. You may still get punished by any Moderator.
How many multies do you ban in average ? (every week, and month)
From a previous release of the Staff News "For example, between the in game day 880 and day 887 there was 399 accounts banned permanently."
And now between day 1038 and 1044 there has been 480 banned accounts, but 333 of those accounts were only banned by 2 different moderators.
We have a current total of 13 moderators (including SGO's and GOA's as well). And around day 880 we had about 6 moderators in total.
Why GOs from another country are in charge with moderating shouts in language they don't understand? I know there is Google etc. but many words have different means and they're not always vulgar or bad
We all help each other, across all servers with translations. Sometimes we need to use tools to translate though, but they usually point out if there is anything that is abusive.
Has any staff member ever been kicked from the staff?
Yes, I have personally kicked a lot of staff members through my time here on Primera. I will not name anyone since that would not be fair.
However I can explain why. Usually it has been due to lack of activity, but there has also been people whom has been added to our Staff by the Developers. And those who got kicked was usually for example lack of maturity, common sense and not doing their work good enough.
What is the point of support channel in IRC? You can't report bugs there, you can't report multies. What else can they do?
The support channel offers players a real time conversation with a moderator. There you may get answers to most of your questions, and help with appeals.
You can report urgent issues through the support channel as well, but we will refer you to use the in game "Report Multi" button for the most issues.
What are the rules GOs must follow?
Moderators have to follow the same rules as the players have to.
But we also have in house rules regarding how to behave in order to stay in the Staff.
And for all punishment there are action standards. So it is very rare citizen receive different punishments, for doing the same thing wrong.
Essex How do you usually go about solving a problem?
This is a tough question since there are so many different kind of problems that can occur.
But I would say that I'd go through the regular thought process of any person.
Identify the issue at hand, look for multiple solutions, pick the best one, and if possible confer with another Staff member of what they think.
when can we finally remove banned players from SC?
When me and iPSiArt released the information of us finally selling banned and inactive shareholders shares. We thought everything worked as it should.
However it didn't work at all.. From the moment we realized that the formula for selling shares was horrible, we stopped selling the shares.
And since that moment we asked constantly for the Developers to fix it, but so far we have not seen any result unfortunately.
There are many methods to do fakes/multifarm without being banned,so why should'nt I continue to make them?
Indeed there are many methods to go about creating multiple accounts. But there is no way that they can go undetected forever.
As long as someone benefits from anything, there are logs of that happening. As soon as those logs are found, all your progress on your main account will be lost. It's simply not worth it.
If I have 100% avoid do i only need food and gifts for donations?
Unfortunately no. You can only reach a maximum of 40% avoid.

I am sorry that you have had to wait for 3 weeks in order to get an answer. If you find it taking to long I would recommend you coming into the support.
Especially for appeals since it is easier, and goes a lot faster for us to deal with those kind of issues in real time.

But the best way to avoid the situation at all is to not write anything of that kind. It's not like you would go up to a stranger in real life, and say that he is a sausage, right?
How can we access the product market of countries with no regions, we can never reach there!! Please find a solution!
I would assume that you are referring to a conquered region. A conquered region is not supposed to have a market, but instead be forced to use the occupiers market for trades.

Your avatar is most likely lost, or stored on a database. This is an issue that a developer has to deal with unfortunately.
I would recommend creating a ticket on our ticket system if you wish to try and restore it.
Why do you moderate the American shout box like a fascist, completely ignoring all rules whenever you see something you personally don't like?
I never take anything related to e-Sim personal. It's not worth it.
However I find it amusing that you think i moderate the American shout box like a fascist, when I have not touched any American shouts for several months now.
When will you start giving Tester Medals again? If never, then what's the purpose for keeping them implemented in the game?
The Staff is still able to give out tester medals. However I do not have an answer on why they removed it in the first place for reporting bugs etc.
I believe it is currently used by the Developers for special rewards.
Why staff became less effective? What i mean is why in IRC support channel staff members enquire about problem and after explanation, and answering to their questions they just go silent and nothing is done about problem?
This is a question which I can only relate to before iPSiArt left the Staff.
Personally I think that the standards which I set up in order for a citizen to become a Staff member was previously a lot higher.
And that I personally spent more time, and put more effort into training my moderators.
Currently, and since the switch of GOA's I have almost nothing to do with the recruitment of moderators. I help out the moderators who are in need, and attempt to teach those who are doing certain things wrong nowadays instead.
So basically less training for new moderators, and also the current moderators spending less time moderating. Is most likely the answer to your question.
If I miss a hit in the tournament, will the hit still counts? So I cannot miss getting a medal and be surely get 50 hits
This is a question which should be asked to the Developers.
But theoretically the most logical answer would be that you need to hit 50 times, which doesn't include when you miss hits.
Do staff and development team ever communicate? If yes, can you tell them to remove medium regions since they are basically noob-traps?
As far as I know, the only ones who have contact with the developers is the GOA's. How much and often though, I can not say.
During my time (about 1,5 years) on Primera I've only spoken directly to Railman about 5 times. And kMeel lost his communication with the moderators about half a year ago. But when he started he spoke with us all the time.
But as far as information, we get everything from the Admin news just as you players do.
And the best way for you to suggest that is through a PM to kMeel in game, and a ticket on the ticket system.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
