Many players in e-sim has been offline for about 40 days. Can you delete or resend letters to their accounts email with reminder about e-sim?
This feature was actually added over 6 months ago to all servers. Every inactive citizen gets emailed from time to time until they unsubscribe.
What is the required hit per National Tournament, National Cup and World War? Will you please explain it in details?
It is usually 50 hits in order to receive the bonus. That means that you most likely can not miss any of those 50 hits in order to receive the bonus.

why does tickets staff don't entertain my tickets look @ the time in this print-screen how long it has been ( 20days/15days)
As I previously said "I am sorry that you have had to wait for 3 weeks in order to get an answer. If you find it taking to long I would recommend you coming into the support." Tickets may easily get lost, unfortunately the ticket system is built in a very simple way. And old finished tickets, are mixed with new open ones.
Please contact a moderator to get more clarity on your tickets status.
Why staff persecutes people they simply do not like??? Do you delete Admins and Kmeels articles and shouts about Suna or Esim Wiki too? If not, then why you discriminate players? And for your information, the same article in Secura was not deleted.
The Staff should NOT seek out players to do not like in order to punish them. That is abusive.

The Developers (Admin, designers, kMeel etc) does not have a clue of how the current moderation works.
They are not up to speed about our action standards, nor on how we operate. Since they are unaware, they post content which would normally not be allowed by a citizen. We do not discriminate such things, we simply can not do anything about them posting content which citizens aren't allow to in certain topics and channels.

I voted more than five articles than also it is not completed.
You should have no issue passing through that mission. But if you do it is most likely some sort of bug.

Dear Admin news posted a newspaper about translators .
I saw this newspaper and I sent my application to BB and Translation department .
BB and Translation department says ★ kMeel will contact me.
But ★ kMeel didn't contact me.

This is a question we get a lot from you players.
But we can not answer it, or help you in any way since we are not informed or up to speed of what's currently being translated.
All we can do is advise you to create a ticket in the ticket system, and PM kMeel in game.

You should create a ticket at the ticket system, as well as PM kMeel in order to get a hold of the developers for a refund.
Do you still plan to honor your promise of moving gold from Suna accounts to this server?
This is something that you would assume already was done. Unfortunately the only way to get the answer is to ask the developers through the ticket system or an in game PM to kMeel.

Are you planning on adding any more countries to the game soon?
If you are referring to Primera there are most likely not plans of doing so yet. But if there are native citizens of a country who is not yet added, contact kMeel through an in game PM and suggest that your native country gets added!
E-sim in China is very slowly logging in(more than one min).It is because of Facebook,twitter and google+,and using google web fonts may be the main reason which causes the web slow.
can you change the web fonts and delete or change the link of FB ,twitter and google+?I think it will cause much trouble to BB.
Create a ticket at the ticket system and they might make a fix for it. People have wanted an app, or a cellphone adapted version browser for a long time now.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
