While in #e-sim.gr I met
chillyzeis , biggest business man in e-sim owning the biggest Stock Company in Primera. I asked him if he could give me an interview, I had some strugle (check quote to understand why), but here we go!
PS: I am aware of Chilly’s reputation on the e-sim community but I wish this interview will proove it wrong. My personal opinion: he’s just a really ironic guy, with a large sense of humor and a good head. See it for yourself:

I dont think I am, or you can ask other players about me, their opinion on me...I don’t think I treated anyone like garbage just for not being as rich, strong as me.
It isn’t hard for me to be humble, I am quite old, so quiet mature, caracter doesn’t change that easily, besides it’s a game.
I wish I wasn’t so occupied with Real Life, then I could have been a badass and not care about other’s opinions.

. You have been CP twice, in your opinion, is it a though role, or can you handle it well?
Well I dont have a good opinion, since i was CP in a small country sChile, country with small population and interest.
South America was almost all occupied by Portugal and Indonesia, so we were just trying keep our regions free or get them free.
How did your SC start, why did you start it, who did you start it with?
Economic part of game was main thing that interested me and brought me into the game, also it was the thing that made me remain.
E-sim offered me things that other games I used to play didn’t offer, it was a game I could quite easily play in work.
When i first started I was a huge re-seller: #strade > greekmarket > MM gold > #strade >greek market so I had managed in the first week of playing to raise 100 gold.
When Admin had announced the opening of stock companies, it was something that had amazed us all, and I wanted to be part of it! I had a failed experience while investing on a friend’s SC, long story… I had learnt my lesson from that experience: instead of investing on other people’s SC’s, invest on my SC! So I oppened my first SC named Chilly Stock Company.
It was a quick value increasing SC, it had a starting capital of 450 gold. I knew hard good work sooner or later would attract investors, and it did.
Also it was a SC in which since start, I had noticed the problem with e-sim calculator, so I used to calculate SC's value manually.
That was a really successful start, I learnt a lot, specially SC mechanisms etc…
So that was your first SC, how did Holy Water start then?
I had came back home one night after being out for some beers with friends and I was a little bit drunk
Suddently I decided to create Holy Waters and I put all my assets there. My objective was to have all products and raws possible in one SC, to be able to sell everything!
Your SC's name is "Holy Waters" and your MU has the logo of peace... do you consider yourself religious?
Yes, I do believe in me
But seriously, I wish I could have been like some people and believe. But, since I am quite logical as a person and educated, I cant believe that someone two thousand years ago walked on the surface of the sea-lake…
Do you think you have any apolagy left to give to anyone?
I don’t think so...I try to be as frontal as possible, if I do something wrong, I just quickly fix it.
Do you think someone has an appology left to give to you?
No, and I don’t except any appologie, others are what they want to be, they don’t change, and why would they?

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
