As you may have known, there has been great internal turmoil within the borders of Japan. This is clearly not desired and not in our best interests.
However, some events that have happened recently have drawn up fierce discussions within the eJapan community. Debate is good, but a house divided upon itself cannot stand. We must understand that in order to progress. A civil war will solve nothing, I advise against that solution.
Now I shall get to the main points.
Recently Japan joined an alliance called NATO. It consists of Turkey, Greece, Japan, Iran, and Israel. People of Japan mostly expressed shock over this decision, and that is understandable. It is far too early for Japan to join an official alliance, and the reactions of the citizens of Japan exemplify that. Right now is the time to form friendships with other countries, and joining a formal alliance may jeopardize ties with other countries. It is too early for Japan to form a political stance.
Also the alliance is horribly weak. Four of the five countries have been occupied or are occupied by China. This is an alliance based on defeating one common enemy. As we have seen before, this does not bode well. The alliance is weak and is bound to collapse sooner or later. Personally, I would rather be neutral and stay out of alliances until we establish ourselves, but this is the decision of our CP. An alliance with a bunch of wiped countries helps nobody.
Secondly, the country had been a bit stagnant. Our current government has not done well in communicating with its citizens. There has yet to be an official Org article outlining the plans of the country. The citizens of Japan know nothing of what is going on in the country, and that is quite concerning. We want more transparency, we want to know what is happening. It's all nice that you are doing things behind the curtain, but you also need to do things in front of the curtain. We need to hear from the government, so that when things happen, everybody isn't given an unpleasant shock.
Our president should be in constant interaction with the citizens of his country. Articles, IRC, shouts. These three are all very good forms of communication, yet we have rarely seen him in some of the aforementioned media. Our CP should be more of a presence, exert his dominance over his subjects whilst pleasing them at the same time. Straight to the point, I do not feel like our CP is competent enough to be president. Why, you may ask? The lack of a cabinet is one thing. Although he is new and doesn't really know anyone that should not be an excuse for not forming a functional government. A CP must be able to trust his gut decisions and be able to make tough choices that will benefit the country. He also clearly shows that he doesn't know the game well enough. His lack of knowledge of in-game affairs is concerning. He had concerns about a possible attack by Russia if we reached peace with China, and that all our allies would go away. This was his reason for continued war that got us nowhere. Of course, all his assumptions were false. Still the war with China still drags on, with people on both sides wanting an end to it. The CP is finally taking action on this issue, but it is way later than it should have been. Sure he is a newbie and may not have the best knowledge of the game, but you can still be a good CP while being a noob. A certain Filipino player was a great CP, despite people writing him off as a noob; it is all dependent on your will to learn the game.
There are many problems I find in this government. But, we need unity and not division. I do not see an impeach, or worse a CW, as a viable solution. All this does is create two opposing factions. Division does our fledgling country no good. In tough times we must unite together to smooth out all problems. The government and its citizens must reach a compromise and act upon it. Only then will we go forward.
Co-operation, communication, and ambition are three keys to succeed in this game. Without them, there is nothing.
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth.
Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit
different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be
efficiently
managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation.
Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the
game.
Work for the good of your country and
see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game.
It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present
in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth
according to their own.
So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
