Admin news 's recent article .Once again, ePH's combat skills will be put to the test as another main battle event comes in. The World War. We have shown at the previous tournament (Team National Cup ) what ePH is capable of in terms of fighting, so lets show to them again what our country can do to win the war.
TO ALL PH MU LEADERS AND OFFICERS: you are highly discouraged to set Battle Orders before the World War. Since the start time of the World War is not announced, be vigilant on setting BOs. In case that you have already set a BO other than the World War battle once the event has started, you can change your BO since all of the battles will be frozen, including Practice Battle.
The ePH government will give supplies TO ALL ePH CITIZENS that will participate to the World War.
RULES and GUIDELINES:
I. Eligibility
- All ePH citizens who will participate to the World War
II. Supplies
1) The ePH government will give 50 Q1 weapons and 10 Q5 food FOR FREE to those who will need supplies for fighting.
2) The number of supply applies to ALL ePH CITIZENS (under State MUs, private MUs, non-MU-affiliated).
3) To the members of State MUs hovever (except for Akademiyang Militar ng Pilipinas), your supplies will be determined if you have a Q5 house and/or you will motivate. This only applies to those who are under commune,

III. Duration/Frequency
1) The giving of supplies will only commence between T-20 and T-5 of every round of the World War.
2) Once you have already got your supplies for a particular round, you will never be given again.
3) The supplies will only be given once per event, meaning, even if the World War reaches Day Change, you will only get supplies once.
IV. Officers (ePH IRC Supply Channel)
1) The IRC names of the Supply Officers (SOs) for the upcoming World War are the following:

- AngelGorgz
- arnan
- chords_21
- Maggy
Check first for their availability before asking of supplies. Do not PM them in-game. Do not ping them in IRC.
2) The IRC names of the Military Commanders (MCs) for the upcoming World War (should a separate IRC channel for coordination is unavailable) are the following:
- Rec
- Duoyiza
- jfasd16
- kyoushuu
V. Rules
1) Supplies
a.Supply Format (format: Supply 50/10 IGN (in-game name) <> ex: Supply 50/10 edg19). Those who will not follow the supply format will be ignored by the SOs.
b. Post your Supply Formats ONCE. to avoid confusion.
2) Behavior
We do not tolerate rude and inadequate behavior in getting supplies. Be patient as you get supplies. You're not the only whose asking for supplies. DO NOT CURSE, INSULT, OR DEGRADE OTHER PEOPLE'S MORALE. Once you violate this, you will be kicked and banned from the IRC Channel without prior notice.
VI. Restrictions
RESTRICTIONS (regular):
You will not be given supplies if you have done at least one of the following:
- used extra spa/vac (debuffs will also not be given supplies)
RESTRICTIONS (for State MU members only (except for Akademiyang Militar ng Pilipinas)):
Same rules apply for the restrictions for regular citizens, with the addition of the following:
- miss chance (set your miss chance to 0% first)
- used steroid/tank buffs (debuffs will also not be given supplies)
Those who will use a steroid/tank buff without any permission from the CP or any MC/SO will be kicked-out of the MU without prior notice.
NOTE: We DISCOURAGE others to use medkits during special events like World War and Team Cup for the following reasons:
1) Earning medkits is a very gruesome thing to do. You need to win events, or wait for any major glitches in e-Sim for you to have one.
2) Medkits are not available in the market; also not for sale. That's why they are very precious and not to be misused at all costs.
3) We reserve them for very important battles like defending our core regions (Manila, Luzon, Puerto Princesa, W. Visayas, E. Visayas, Mindanao) against insurgents.
4) You only need at least 30 hits to be able to get a medal, 5g, and a medkit if our team wins the event. So why use it to regain 10 food and gift limits each?

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
