答：中方对以色列释放在押巴勒斯坦人表示欢迎，同时再次敦促以方停止修建定居点，与巴方相向而行，为和谈创造适宜的气氛。
近期，王毅外长访问了巴勒斯坦和以色列，此访一个重要的目的，就是根据习近平主席今年5月提出的中方关于解决巴勒斯坦问题的四点重要主张，深入做巴以双方的劝和促谈工作，推动和谈持续发展。访问期间，王外长敦促巴以双方，特别是以方增强紧迫感，抓住当前难得的机遇，采取建设性举措，争取和谈早日取得实质性进展。王外长对双方强调，相互承认对方的存在权利是和谈的前提，相互照顾对方的关切是必不可少的要素，相互换位思考是推动和谈的积极途径。巴以双方均表示将坚持和平选择，并感谢包括中方在内的国际社会的促和努力。

答：作为柬埔寨的友好邻邦，中方坚定支持柬政府为维护国内稳定、实现经济发展所作的积极努力。我们希望柬有关各方以国家和民族利益为重，坚持通过合法方式表达诉求，坚持通过友好协商妥善解决分歧，维护柬埔寨来之不易的稳定和安宁。
当前中柬关系发展势头良好，两国领导人今年多次接触，就深化中柬友好达成重要共识。应国务委员杨洁篪邀请，柬埔寨副首相兼外交国际合作部大臣贺南洪将于明天来京，同杨洁篪国务委员共同主持中柬政府间协调委员会首次会议。成立中柬政府间协调委员会是中柬两国领导人今年4月达成的共识，旨在统筹推进两国各领域合作，协调处理合作中的重大事务。相信此次会议将为新形势下深化中柬全面战略合作伙伴关系发挥积极作用。

答：中韩是战略合作伙伴，两国就彼此共同关心的问题一直保持着密切的沟通与协商。中韩在涉日历史问题上有着相同或相似的经历，双方对安倍参拜靖国神社的倒行逆施都十分愤慨。双方都主张日方必须正视历史，深刻反省历史，只有坚持正确的历史观，才能同邻国发展面向未来的关系。我们也注意到朴槿惠总统昨天表示，一个国家如果反复做出不符合国际社会的普遍价值和标准、违背人类良知的行动，不管经济如何强大，都绝不会被视为“一流国家”。我们愿与韩方保持沟通，共同维护历史正义，维护地区和平稳定大局。
问：今天是2013年最后一天，你能否展望一下2014年的中国外交？

展望2014年，中国的外交工作将有五个重点方向。一是深入构建良性互动、互利共赢的大国关系框架。二是全力打造稳定友好繁荣的周边战略依托。三是继续提升同发展中国家的友好合作水平。四是积极推进经济外交，为中国全面深化改革服好务。五是精心办好主场外交，进一步增强中国的国际影响力。中国将与世界各国继续本着合作共赢的精神进一步深化在各个领域的互利友好合作，为促进世界的和平与发展发挥积极作用，做出积极贡献。
问：据报道，东非政府间发展组织（伊加特）日前在肯尼亚召开特别峰会，讨论南苏丹局势并发表公报。中方对此有何评论？下一步在推动南苏丹局势恢复稳定方面，中方将发挥什么作用？
答：中方赞赏并支持伊加特对南苏丹局势所作的斡旋努力，呼吁南冲突双方以国家、人民利益为重，积极响应国际社会的斡旋努力，通过谈判解决问题。
自南苏丹冲突爆发以来，中方一直在以自己的方式积极劝和促谈，包括做南各方工作，向南提供人道主义援助。中国政府非洲事务特别代表钟建华在伊加特峰会期间与各方进行接触，并将在南苏丹及地区继续做工作。下阶段，中方愿继续与有关各方加强沟通与协调，共同推动南局势尽快恢复稳定。
问：2014年是中日甲午战争爆发120周年。中方如何看待中日关系的未来？
答：前事不忘，后事之师。今天的中国已不再是120年前的中国。我们完全有能力、有信心捍卫自己的国家主权、领土完整和民族尊严。我们愿与日本国内有良知、爱和平、重友好的人士一道，本着“以史为鉴、面向未来”的精神，在中日四个政治文件基础上共同维护历史正义和中日关系大局。同时对于任何挑衅行为，我们必将予以坚决应对。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
