正因此，刚刚结束的十八届三中全会，以其对全面深化改革的总部署、总动员，吸引了全世界关注的目光。一个新的改革时代，由此启航。
把这样的再出发，放入中国改革30多年的壮阔历程中审示，更能感受历史方位的演进。从“冒着杀头的风险”也要摁下包产到户手印的悲壮，到落后的中国会被“开除球籍”的忧患，35年前我们所面对的，是“不改革就死路一条”的巨大压力。今天，风险犹存、挑战仍在，但站在巨人的肩上描绘新蓝图、新愿景、新目标，汇集新思想、新论断、新举措，中国共产党人对改革的认识更加全面深刻，对改革的设计更加科学系统，深化改革的脚步也更加稳健从容。
或许以世界为坐标，更能看出从追赶到引领的转换。十一届三中全会召开前夕，邓小平访问日本，在一家汽车厂听到这里人均年产汽车94辆后意味深长地说，你们比中国最先进的长春一汽“多出93辆”，“我懂得了什么是现代化了”。今天，中国已经取代美国日本，成为世界汽车第一产销大国，连沃尔沃这样的国际品牌也被中国企业收购。
“我们要赶上时代，这是改革要达到的目的”。35年前的关键抉择，不仅将社会主义中国推送到一个前所未有的时代高度，更探索出一条有别于西方的发展道路。改革，是中国人寻求对自己前途命运的把握，又何尝不是人类对文明未来的求索？正是从这个意义上，美国《全球邮报》判断，十八届三中全会决定中国经济未来方向，对地球上的每一个人都有潜在影响。

正如马克思所说，一切都取决于它所处的历史环境。中国改革的再出发，也是因为中国站在了一个历史的关键点上。国际格局面临深刻调整，战略窗口随之浮现；经济社会飞速向前，转型发展基础沉雄；更有民族复兴的“中国梦”点燃亿万人民的高涨激情。“来而不可失者，时也。蹈而不可失者，机也。”这是千载难逢的历史机遇，抓住了才能赢得主动。唯有全面深化改革，冲破思想观念的障碍，突破利益固化的藩篱，才能凝聚起引领时代、改变世界的力量。
改革只有进行时，没有完成时。要引领时代的潮流，新一轮改革必须直面发展起来后的问题，满足高起点上的期待。在社会主义市场经济取得巨大成功时，如何更好地厘清政府和市场的关系？在全世界最大的城镇化进程中，怎样消除城乡二元壁垒？当温饱早不是问题，公平正义如何更好地实现？“雄关漫道真如铁，而今迈步从头越”，以深化改革破解这些难题，是时代赋予这一代共产党人的历史责任。
放眼全球，美国奥巴马政府“我能”的誓言在艰难中渐渐降低了音量，欧盟一体化进程正经受主权债务危机的考验，经历了长时间经济低迷的日本，仍在苦苦找寻良性改革的方向。“我们的改革不仅在中国，而且在国际范围内也是一种实验”，多年以前，邓小平就以战略家的胸怀，道出了中国改革的深远意义。引领13亿人参与全球范围的文明试验和制度创新，全面深化改革，既关乎中国，也关乎世界。
雨果曾说：“地球上没有任何力量，可以阻止一个时代已经到来的想法。”伴随着三中全会的号角，一个新的改革时代已经到来。而勇毅坚韧的改革者们，不会仅仅停留在“想法”，更会把它变成不可阻挡的改造现实世界的强大力量。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
