历史是最好的教科书，深刻揭示出一个国家、一个民族的进步发展之道。35年来，从国民经济的快速增长，到人民生活水平的显著改善，从经济体制的深刻变革，到国家和人民面貌的深刻变化，莫不靠的是改革开放。今天，破解发展中面临的难题、化解来自各方面的风险挑战、推动经济社会持续健康发展，除了深化改革开放，别无他途。全面深化改革，关系党和人民事业前途命运，关系党的执政基础和执政地位，在整个社会主义现代化进程中，改革开放的旗帜，绝不能有丝毫动摇。
这次三中全会制定全面深化改革的总体方案，提出了全面深化改革的指导思想、总体思路、目标任务，为的就是高举改革开放旗帜、不断推进中国特色社会主义制度自我完善和发展，为实现亿万人民的中国梦释放强大动力。这是指导新形势下全面深化改革的纲领性文件。当前和今后一个时期，全党全国的一项重要政治任务，就是要以强烈的进取意识、机遇意识、责任意识，深刻领会全会精神并转化成改造现实世界的强大力量。
在35年的改革历程中，我们谱写的中华民族自强不息、顽强奋进的壮丽史诗，靠的是一往无前的进取精神。今天，改革面临的矛盾越多、难度越大，越要坚定与时俱进、攻坚克难信心，越要有进取意识、进取精神、进取毅力，越要有“明知山有虎，偏向虎山行”的勇气。纵观世界，变革是大势所趋、人心所向。领导改革开放这一前无古人、世所罕见的伟大事业，最要不得的是思想僵化、固步自封。“逆水行舟用力撑，一篙松劲退千寻”。以习近平同志为总书记的党中央，作出了全面深化改革的战略部署，牢固树立进取意识，全面审视当今世界和当代中国发展大势，全面把握我国发展新要求和人民群众新期待，更加奋发有为地开拓进取，我们就一定能够坚定不移把改革开放引向深入。
机遇最可宝贵，历史上的中国曾多次与机遇失之交臂。18世纪中叶以来，我们失去了工业革命、世界现代化浪潮、科技革命和产业变革浪潮所带来的发展机遇。直到1978年以来，我们抓住了机遇，中华民族才大踏步赶了上来。今天，从我国国际环境总体稳定，到经济发展能力和潜力巨大，主客观条件都对我们全面深化改革有利，我们从未这样接近实现中华民族伟大复兴的目标。这个历史性机遇千载难逢，我们不能丧失，抓住就能赢得战略主动，否则就有可能陷于被动。“来而不可失者，时也。蹈而不可失者，机也。”牢固树立机遇意识，科学判断有利条件和不利因素，充分发挥我们的独特优势，就一定能够抢占未来发展制高点，不断提高我国综合国力和国际竞争力，不断激发党和国家生机活力。
一代人有一代人的责任。正是一代又一代人的不懈奋斗，才有了今天的成就。历史的接力棒传到了我们手中，今天推进改革的复杂程度、敏感程度、艰巨程度，一点都不亚于30多年前，我们必须承担起自己的历史责任。三中全会发出了攻坚克难的动员令，我们所需要的，就是以强烈的使命感，敢于啃硬骨头，敢于涉险滩，以更大决心冲破思想观念的障碍、突破利益固化的藩篱，不断解决前进道路上的问题挑战。牢固树立责任意识，牢记对民族的责任、对人民的责任、对党的责任，勇于负责，敢于担当，我们就一定能继续坚持和发展中国特色社会主义。
历史已经并将继续证明，改革开放是党和人民事业大踏步赶上时代的重要法宝，是党和国家保持生机活力的关键，是当代中国最鲜明的特色，也是当代中国共产党人最鲜明的品格。把思想和行动统一到全会精神上来，坚定信心和勇气，凝聚共识和力量，迎接我们的将是可以载入史册的新胜利。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
