Jude Connors asked me to personally extend his respect for a hard fought and well deserved peace. But most of all this war has been fun for the citizens of the USA. Hence the gratitude and warm salute.
The NAP signed by our two nations returns us to our natural frontier. It is rare in the eSim world for two alliances to fight back and forth to a stalemate. But that has happened here. Again we salute a worthy opponent and thank them for the noble battle and reasonable peace. o7.
In the same vein the USA will yet again extend a non aggression pact (NAP) to Canada (or Kanada if you will). The sUSA may sound bellicose from time to time. But we honestly respect the right of other countries to play the game and exist on the map. The eUSA remembers being occupied by a foreign power and the difference in play between having even one region and none.
We hope to spread this ideal through positive example throughout the eSim world. Canada has been occupied for some time and some bad blood exists. However in the spirit of harmony and respect for the players of Canada we extend Canada a Non Aggression Pact (NAP). This NAP includes the generous payment of tax revenues from the Canadian East Coast to the government of Kanada as a sign of our respect for their players. In return, we will continue to occupy Canadian East Coast for the duration of the NAP.

Jude Connors hopes this NAP will be received in the manner he intends it. The NAP is for a reasonable period and reflect a good benefit to the people of Canada. The USA hopes to resolve our conflict with benefit to both belligerents and secure peace for a long time.

Three countries of interest to the sUSA are not addressed above and all three have holdings in the Iberian peninsula:
France - The French are bitter that their attack on England (Lithuania) failed several months ago and hope to 'punish' the USA for not supporting their reckless act. The French are now occupying the Spanish region of Castile Leon and holding Spain's high region. The French hope to invade the USA but have been consistently blocked by deliberate resistance wars in Galicia.
Portugal: A historic enemy of the sUSA and her allies. Portugal foolishly attacked our friends in Ireland and was decisively defeated. She subsequently declared war on the USA in an exhibition of poor game mechanics and remains shackled in her home regions.
Spain: Despite the USA's bold actions in defending the Spanish high region of Castile Leon, Spain remains fixed on expansionist goals against the allies of the sUSA. Spain continues to assault our friend Brazil while ignoring her population's concerns in Castile Leon. We hope a new government in Spain will adress the cries of her people oppressed by Spain and abandon the war of conquest against Brazil.
Given the above three countries it is in the best interest of the sUSA to keep the warmongering Franco/Portuguese out of the sUSA. The ideal way to accomplish that is in holding the Spanish region of Galica. As long as the sUSA retains Galicia and keeps RWs in place the nefarious aims of both France and Portugal are defeated at a very low cost. If you see a good fight or are asked to fight in Galicia that is why the sUSA is there. The best offense, in this case, is a good defense.
President
Jude Connors reminds the citizens of the sUSA that presidential elections are imminent. President Connors feels that even though he has had just six and a half weeks to lead this great nation he will not be running again. His time as leader has been punctuated with highs and challenges but he hopes you, the citizens of the sUSA, have had benefited from his leadership AND had fun during his too brief presidency.
During this term we have secured our Northern border, and are in negotiations to maintain the snow bound high grain region of CeC. The sUSA has fought a strong alliance to a standstill on our Southern border (defending our native high region). And The sUSA has held off the forces of darkness arrayed against us in the East (Spain, Port, and France). These are no small accomplishments.
These in game accomplishments are matched by the outside accomplishments of this term. Activity on IRC (internet relay chat) is up, activity on the forums is up, and best of all the active citizens in the SUSA continues to rise. This author hopes that the publication of the [Press Releases] has both entertained and informed you. Without a doubt there is more communication this presidency than some previous.
However, President
Jude Connors would like to humbly thank several key people without leaving anyone out. President Connors could not have functioned without his core cabinet. These individuals stayed up late at night managing foreign policy, war policy, and helping with domestic policy. Their selfless sacrifice to the betterment of the sUSA is beyond commendable. If you received a message as a new player, if you received supplies on HoW, if you even read a shout about a press release . . . if these people enhanced your experience in eSim please thank them for their dedication and hard work. No presidency is complete without help from a strong team.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
