Señala que datos del Instituto Mexicano de la Juventud (IMJUVE) refieren que 44.9 por ciento de los jóvenes entre 12 y 29 años nunca han practicado ejercicio físico. En tanto, el Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía (INEGI) menciona que el 70 por ciento de la población mayor de 12 años no hacen actividades deportivas.
El CESOP subraya que, de acuerdo con un estudio de la Universidad del Valle de México, el 30 por ciento de la población practica deporte de manera continua, estructurada y disciplinada. Además, las personas que regularmente realizan actividad física la llevan a cabo en la calle o en instalaciones privadas.
Señala que durante el ciclo escolar 2010-2011 el Programa Nacional de Cultura Física y Deporte, a cargo de la Conade, contó con la participación de 11.3 millones de alumnos de educación básica en 62 mil 700 escuelas y 87 mil 359 promotores.
Además, el Quinto Informe de Gobierno del Ejecutivo federal destaca que el número de beneficiados por la activación física laboral disminuyó en el primer semestre de 2011 (528,738) respecto del mismo periodo de 2010 (533,270).
El documento sostiene que en América Lanita México es el cuarto país con mayor número de medallas obtenidas en los Juegos Olímpicos; en Londres 2012 ganó siete.
Otras deportistas en gimnasia, tiro con arco, canotaje, halterofilia y atletismo lograron clasificar a las finales y quedar situados entre el cuarto y duodécimo lugar, en la Olimpiada de Londres.
Si bien el número de preseas de la delegación mexicana en los pasados Juegos Olímpicos fue el mejor fuera del territorio nacional, otros países de la región como Cuba, Brasil, Jamaica y Colombia tuvieron un mejor desempeño, destaca el CESOP.
En Latinoamérica, Cuba (208), Brasil (108) y Argentina (70) han ganado más medallas que México (61) en olimpiadas. En cuanto a los Juegos Invernales, ningún país de la región ha logrado un lugar en el pódium de triunfadores.
En Juegos Paralímpicos, los mexicanos han ganado 253 medallas, de las cuales 83 han sido de oro. En Londres 2012 México se ubicó en el lugar 23 del medallero, por arriba de naciones como Japón, Suecia, Suiza, Hungría y República Checa, entre otras.
Sugiere mayor difusión de la práctica deportiva a través de los medios de comunicación para brindar información a niños y adolescentes interesados en alguna disciplina física a fin de acercarlos a un más sano estilo de vida.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
