Agreement between Belgium and France
Belgium agrees to rent regions of Hainaut - Namur, Liege and Vlaanderen to France until the termination of this agreement.
France Org pays a weekly rent of 20 golds to Belgium Org for the location, every Sunday starting from day 370 (September 9, 2012)
In the remainder of the agreement, for each region, the home country of the region is designated as the owner and the country in the region that is leased is designated as a tenant.
As long as this agreement is in force, the country tenant has the right to monitor, defend and recover lost if the regions that are rented. The land owner has a duty to facilitate these actions as possible.
Any of the two signatories may terminate the agreement within a two weeks notice. The notice should be sent by private message to the Country President and the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Costs associated with the invasion of leased areas are the responsibility of the renter countries. Costs that are related in the event of termination of the agreement to release areas are leased to the owner's expense.
All resistance war launched in an area leased is considered illegal. The government owns the country of the region should not support illegal war of resistance.
If an illegal war of resistance is won by the resistance with the contribution of citizens of the country owner, he must do everything possible to make the area the tenant and pay the cost of new attacks.
We consider in this agreement that citizens of a country have contributed to the victory in battle if they have done most of their damage in the winning side and that the damage exceeds 2 million.
Failure to follow the terms of this agreement leads to a fine of 50 golds for the country guilty.
In exceptional circumstances, one of the signatory country may authorize another to violate any term of this agreement without paying a fine.
This agreement cancels and replaces the previous agreement below:
- Publication in France
- Publication in Belgium
As terms for the cancellation of the previous agreement, France Org will pay 20 golds to Belgium Org.
Belgium will start the resistance war in Alsace Lorraine and support France getting back control of this region. France will support the cost of this resistance war, by paying 20 golds to Belgium.
These two payments will be done at the signature of this agreement.

Accord entre la Belgique et la France
La Belgique accepte de louer les régions de Hainaut-Namur, Liege et Vlaanderen à la France jusqu'à la résiliation de cet accord.
France Org paye un loyer de 20 golds à Belgium Org pour la location, chaque dimanche à partir du jour 370 (9 septembre 2012)
Dans la suite de l'accord, pour chaque région, le pays d'origine de la région est désigné comme propriétaire et le pays à qui la région est loué est désigné comme locataire.
Tant que cet accord est en vigueur, le pays locataire a le droit de contrôler, de défendre et de récupérer s'il les perds les régions qui lui sont louées. Le pays propriétaire a le devoir de faciliter ces actions le plus possible.
N'importe lequel des deux pays signataires peut résilier l'accord en respectant un préavis de deux semaines. La notification de résiliation doit être envoyée par message privé au Country President et au ministre des affaires étrangères.
Les couts liés à l'invasion des régions louées sont à la charge du pays locataire. Les couts qui sont liés en cas de résiliation de l'accord à la libération des régions louées sont à la charge du propriétaire.
Toutes guerre de résistance lancée dans une région louée est considérée comme illégale. Le gouvernement du pays propriétaire de la région ne doit pas soutenir de guerre de résistance illégale.
Si une guerre de résistance illégale est gagnée par la résistance avec la contribution des citoyens du pays propriétaire, ce dernier doit faire tout son possible pour rendre la région au locataire et payer le cout des nouvelles attaques.
On considère dans cet accord que les citoyens d'un pays ont contribué à la victoire dans bataille si ils ont infligés la majorité de leurs dégâts dans le camp des vainqueurs et que ces dégâts dépassent 2 millions.
Le non respect des termes de cet accord entraine une amende de 50 golds pour le pays coupable.
En cas de circonstances exceptionnelles, l'un des pays signataire peut autoriser l'autre à ne pas respecter l'un des termes de cet accord sans payer d'amende.
Cet accord annule et remplace l'accord précédent ci-dessous :
- Publication en France
- Publication en Belgique
Pour annulation de l'accord précédent, France Org versera 20 golds à Belgium Org.
La Belgique démarrera la guerre de résistance en Alsace Lorraine et apportera son aide à la France pour que celle-ci reprenne le contrôle de cette région. La France paiera le coût de cette guerre de résistance, en versant 20 golds à la Belgique.
Ces deux paiements seront effectués dès la signature de l'accord.

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
