On this beautiful moonlit night, as I'm shivering in my bedroom cuz im A/C button is jammed and i cant turn it off, I'm putting forward my candidacy for president of Canada for a third time. I believe we've taken some massive strides as a country in the last few months and I intend to keep this up through the month of September.
During the previous months I had set plans and objectives at the beginning of each term. For the month of July I said that shoring up solid relations with our allies, improving coordination, and bettering the USA-Canada connection were my goals. I accomplished each one with the help of my cabinet. Then during August my main goal was improving Canada internally. With the help of theorules we've made some big improvements. I was hoping this was going to be finished by September 1st, but it took a little longer than expected to get volunteers to write their bits. But as of now over a half dozen pertinent and interesting guides have been written and it will be published soon! You can message theorules if you want to help out.
Now about the matter of our small citizen number and baby booming. Jacobo promises that we will reach 300 citizens if he's elected. What kind of a person offers that as incentive to vote for him? If he truly gave a shit about our numbers he'd try doing that baby boom whether or not he was elected... We've had this low citizen problem for our entire history, which he's been in for nearly 200 days now. If he's capable of recruiting that many people like it's no big deal, he wouldv'e done it by now.
Anyways, I've tried a gazillion times doing a baby boom through spamming and getting others to help, and at the end of the day it never really took off. So a few weeks ago, through my Unico connections I found a group of really good computer guys who write scripts and codes and with a little bit of Gold incentive they're willing to put their skillset to good use for us and get us up to 400 citizens. I haven't talked to them in a little while because I've been waiting for the guides to be published and our country to be ready to accept the wave of new players so they stay to play instead of get turned off due to being confused. But that is a tangible and very real promise I am making to you guys.
The last big point I want to bring up is the Canada-USA dilemma. I've said it many times and I will say it again. I never doubted our ability to take CEC back. I actually had plans drawn up at the end of July and allied leaders were briefed on our plan in case the deal wasn't resigned at the end of July. I love our regions and if Canada wants to retake CEC, I would've been the first one in flailing my sword (Although in this case it'd be my limbs considering I ran out of Q1 weapons lol) But I did a referendum and the vast majority of Canadians wanted to sign the deal, keep Jeolla and simply receive gold for CEC. And then as soon as we won CEC back due to Omega's strong influence certain people started throwing up their arms saying we should fight to keep CEC. We can't have it both ways guys. We, as a majority agreed to settle for Jeolla and be at peace with our neighbours. We can't simply jump on the victory bandwagon as soon as CEC is won because we'd be breaking the deal. Sure, we temporarily lost Jeolla which gave us the right to end the deal according to one of the clauses, but because it wasn't USA's fault, and they worked hard to make up for it and Jeolla is ours again, there's really no need to be dicks about it.
If we opened war with USA for CEC we would have Unico help and Omega would chip in as they have in the past and we would overwhelm USA and AGC. Omega + Unico do more damage combined than AGC does. However, Omega and Unico is not available to us every day. That is clearly proven by the fact there's been a RW in CEC every single day for the past month, and Canada has only won it twice and lost it nearly every other time. Unico is fighting in Italy and Hungary and elsewhere if needed. We might win a few battles and fight off the americans short term with their help, but long term, USA would overwhelm us because they do a lotttttt more damage than we do and our allies are not there for us every single day and we're very selfish to expect them to be. And even if that wasn't enough Indonesia would invade South Korea and wouldn't hesitate to push into Canada so we'd be fighting on 2 fronts. Would we be able to hold both countries who do a combined 150-200M daily damage off day after day after day after day after day for who knows how long? No. It's such a high risk to take, and there's simply no need for it. We've been working so hard to obtain and maintain Jeolla, solidify our economy, and improve relations with our neighbours to the south. I really don't see the perks of putting all that at stake and potentially being wiped out.
Anyways if you vote for Jacobo, he blatantly said he would break our deal and fight for CEC ultimately waging war with USA. He promised he would win us CEC and then sign peace with USA? You really think USA will sign peace with us if we take back CEC, a region they've been investing in constantly for many months now? No, they'll keep trying to take it back until they take it back and won't settle for anything less. You have to be pretty daft to believe they would sign an NAP.
So these are my unfiltered ramblings on why you should elect me CP. With me as your leader you can always count on us being strongly represented in our alliance and in allied nations thanks to my work as Supreme Commander of Unico and having super awesome buddies in other countries. You can always count on me to listen and talk to you no matter how new/old/unknown you are. And you can always count on me to log in every single day and put in endless hours of work to consistently improve our beloved nation.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
