So, why should you vote for PURP? What are our views? What can we do to benefit you? Well, here's a few things about our members..
So, why should you vote for us? The centre-right party of Ireland? Are we here to destroy or here to help? Are we going to go on a rampage, start several civil wars and propose troll laws? Afraid not. Rather, we are here to help. And here's the views of our members. I asked the question: What is your political persuasion?
Before we start, before you moan that I haven't done one, I have! It's right here.. click click click . If you want to see my views, just check that out. Now, we'll get onto the views of the party! Up first it's..
This wholly depends on the matter that is being discussed. In economic thought, I lean to the right as free market principles are vastly superior to any state-ran economy. I understand the benefits of the commune for our military damages and such, but given the fact that we lack any solid structure I find it very discerning that a large portion of the population is avoiding taxes and not adding a sizable amount of damage in our interests. A system that I would propose would be this:
a) The military would operate out of state run companies.
b) Soldiers would work for market wage.
c) Soldiers would receive discounts on supplies (10-25%)
Any excess would go towards upgrading companies, buying tickets, etc. Of course, I would need to know how much money the government has to utilize in this retrospect. I hear that Q5 gift companies are a pain to utilize due to their productivity requirements.
Socially, however, I lean to the left. New player assistance should be something more than a piece of Q1 Food (which I too still have in my inventory). Many of our neighbors, The United States and the United Kingdom specifically have far superior retention programs.
Interesting! He put effort into that. He didn't have to, like many of the other candidates, (those who want to actually get the five gold and do nothing for congress, not naming any names..). But what about the others, say, Hekter ?
He's already done an article , but just incase you're lazy, I'll repeat it here.
I believe that an effective government is one that listens and acts upon helpful criticism and difference-of-opinion, is run by competent people not interested in selfishness, and who respects where their power derives: from the masses. At the end of the day, I think that matters far more than any idea of left or right.
Once again, Hekter proved he is an intelligent individual as usual! But what about the other candidate.. Nano Charat ?
Potato was his answer. Living proof that he is here to help. But, if that didn't seal the deal, how about the next question I asked?
Will you support any decision took by party-members?
Depends on the decision. I won't know how I'll support every decision made by fellow party members until an actual decision/idea is formulated. Asking prior to there even being a decision to consider, there's no way I'd be able to give you an accurate answer. I guess you could say I base my support for decisions on merit.
If that doesn't warrant him some sort of vote I don't know what does. But I'm not forgetting the other guys! Of course not, here's what THEY had to say on that question. Let's go to Hekter first..
I cannot pledge support to policies that do not yet exist--party decisions and ideas I would definitely consider strongly, but I will not hesitate to disagree with a policy I believe is foolish.
Interesting response Hekter! He's obviously in agreement with Nano. Currently, I am working on the main policies on the party, and I'm due to release it on 26th. It's already being written by yours truly, but I'm not releasing it just yet! Hold on.. who was that other candidate.. Lord of the Flies ? Here's what he had to say:
Yes and no. It solely depends on what is being discussed. I am not a sheep -- I think on my own. If a decision is in the best interest of the nation, I will vote for it regardless of what party leadership believes (no offense). It is just lately that nothing "positive" comes out of government.
They all are very independent. They all just follow the same cause at times, or match what I believe in. They put their views first, they don't follow like sheep like some parties do. They all have different views, different things they want to achieve. They're here to help, not destroy. I hope that sweetens the deal and earns some of your votes. Have a nice morning/afternoon/evening,
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth.
Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit
different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be
efficiently
managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation.
Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the
game.
Work for the good of your country and
see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
"E-Sim is one of the most unique browser games out there"
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game.
It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present
in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth
according to their own.
So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
