To reassure everyone, I wish to inform the Belgian people, we currently have an agreement with France.
Agreement that is:
Agreement between France and Belgium
Belgium agrees to rent regions of Hainaut, Namur, Liege and Flanders to France until the termination of this agreement.
France agrees to rent the Alsace Lorraine region in Belgium until the termination of this agreement.
In the remainder of the agreement, for each region, the home country of the region is designated as the owner and the country in the region that is leased is designated as a tenant.
As long as this agreement is in force, the country tenant has the right to monitor, defend and recover lost if the regions that are rented. The land owner has a duty to facilitate these actions as possible.
Any of the two signatories may terminate the agreement within one two weeks notice
Costs associated with the invasion of leased areas are the responsibility of the renter countries. Costs that are related in the event of termination of the agreement to release areas are leased to the owner's expense.
All resistance war launched in an area leased is considered illegal. The government owns the country of the region should not support illegal war of resistance.

Les couts liés à l'invasion des régions louées sont à la charge du pays locataire. Les couts qui sont liés en cas de résiliation de l'accord à la libération des régions louées sont à la charge du propriétaire.
Toutes guerre de résistance lancée dans une région louée est considérée comme illégale. Le gouvernement du pays propriétaire de la région ne doit pas soutenir de guerre de résistance illégale.
Si une guerre de résistance illégale est gagnée par la résistance avec la contribution des citoyens du pays propriétaire, ce dernier doit faire tout son possible pour rendre la région au locataire et payer le cout des nouvelles attaques.
On considère dans cet accord que les citoyens d'un pays ont contribué à la victoire dans bataille si ils ont infligés la majorité de leurs dégâts dans le camp des vainqueurs et que ces dégâts dépassent 2 millions.
Le non respect des termes de cet accord entraine une amende de 50 golds pour le pays coupable.
En cas de circonstances exceptionnelles, l'un des pays signataire peut autoriser l'autre à ne pas respecter l'un des termes de cet accord sans payer d'amende.

Om iedereen gerust te stellen, wil ik de Belgische bevolking te informeren, hebben we momenteel een overeenkomst met Frankrijk.

Overeenkomst tussen Frankrijk en België
België stemt in met regio's in Henegouwen, Namen, Luik en Vlaanderen te huren naar Frankrijk tot aan de beëindiging van deze overeenkomst.
Frankrijk stemt in met de Elzas Lotharingen huur in België tot de beëindiging van deze overeenkomst.
In de rest van de overeenkomst, voor elke regio, is het thuisland van de regio aangewezen als de eigenaar en het land waarin het gebied wordt verhuurd is aangewezen als een huurder.
Zolang deze overeenkomst van kracht is, het land huurder heeft het recht om toezicht te houden, te verdedigen en verloor te herstellen als de gebieden die worden verhuurd. Het land eigenaar heeft een plicht om deze acties te vergemakkelijken mogelijk te maken.
Elk van de twee ondertekenaars kan de overeenkomst binnen een week bericht
Kosten in verband met de invasie van de gehuurde gebieden vallen onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de huurder landen. De kosten die te maken hebben in geval van beëindiging van de overeenkomst naar gebieden vrij te zijn verhuurd aan kosten van de eigenaar.
Alle weerstand oorlog die in verhuurde een gebied wordt beschouwd als illegaal. De overheid is eigenaar van het land in de regio mag niet steunen illegale oorlog van de weerstand.
Als een illegale oorlog van de weerstand wordt gewonnen door de weerstand met de bijdrage van de burgers van het land eigenaar, dan moet hij al het mogelijke doen om het gebied de huurder te maken en de kosten van nieuwe aanvallen te betalen.

Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
