Hello everyone on this planet. We recently started a program called AT WORK. This project aims to offer a job in Org for ANY AND ALL CITIZENS, besides stimulating a stability in the production of items of our government.

Based on this, as MINISTER OF ECONOMY OF THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT, I decided to launch the AT WORK program to AWARD people who work every day and who do not leave the work in the Org to get something that pays 0.1 brl more.
How it works?
The government will make PUBLIC the wage bill table for each ECHO SKILL. These proposals, at the time of publication, will be slightly lower than the market offers, but will have a GREAT ADVANTAGE: THE BONUS.
Each day worked, it will entitle the person to receive an amount equivalent to 10% of their salary as an EXTRA by FIDELITY. This Bonus will not be provided instantly, but will be retained in Org until at least 5 days have elapsed Of uninterrupted work. When you reach this first deadline, the person will have two options:
-> Instantaneously receive a fraction of the accumulated amount
or
-> Keep accumulating Org and receive a fraction greater than was obtained over the course of days.
In this way, following the table that we will demonstrate next, the more uninterrupted days the person works, the bigger your bonus !!

If we were to define a formula to calculate this bonus, it would be:
B = Bônus
S = Salary
P = Bonus Percentage/Reward(Calculated at: 30% = 0.3 / 50% = 0.5 / 80% = 0.8 / 110% = 1.1)
D = Number of days worked
0.1 = Variable by calculating only 10% of salary.
Another important element is that when the worker receives the amount of the bonus, he will receive by DONATION, ie WITHOUT THE DISCOUNT OF THE 15% INCOME TAX !!!
Is it money or is not it ???? Yes, it is!
In this project, there is only one: IF YOU REDEEM THE BONUS OR INTERRUPT YOUR WORK, TO STOP ACCUMULATING. If you worked 29 days and did not work in the 30th, you will receive the equivalent of 80% of the 10% accumulated in 29 days. If you work 5 days and redeem your bonus, the next 5 days will return to zero. In this way, it is worthwhile to wait until the 30th consecutive day to redeem, since in addition to receiving 110% of the accumulated BRL, you still earn (from the game) 5g for the hard work medal !!!

Some observations:
1- If you work in a Brazilian company, you will receive via common labor, losing the 15% related to Income Tax.
2- If you work in a foreign company, you will receive 1 local currency (USD, DEM, TRY, PLN and etc) in the formal contract of employment + the BRL amount of the table with the 10% discount, for income tax reasons . Before you ask me why it is 10 abroad and 15 in BR, it is understood that the 5% not retained are to pay for any tickets that you need to buy.
3- If the Brazilian labor market becomes very fierce, raising the salaries much, Org will readjust our standard table, and from the day of readjustment there will be an increase in the value relative to the 10% of your salary that is deposited in the Fund.
4- If your SKILL ECHO evolves during the work, your salary contract will be readjusted to the next value in the table, and from the day we readjust, the 10% contribution will increase.
5- All payments are made ONLY IN BRL !!

In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
