Olá a todos deste imenso Brasil. Estamos iniciando hoje um novo programa que se chama: PROGRAMA PLENO EMPREGO!!! Este projeto tem por objetivo oferecer um emprego na Org para TODO E QUALQUER CIDADÃO, além de estimular uma estabilidade na produção de itens de nosso governo.
Por isso, antes de abordar detalhes sobre o projeto, quero deixar ciente de que nossa Org sofre muito com a escassez de mão de obra, sendo que conseguir mão de obra é algo difícil e EXTREMAMENTE INSTÁVEL, o que acaba tornando sempre incerto o trabalho do dia seguinte e, por conseqüência, a produção de recursos VITAIS para nosso governo.
Baseado nisto, como MINISTRO DE ECONOMIA DA ATUAL GESTÃO, decidi lançar o programa PLENO EMPREGO para PREMIAR pessoas que trabalham todos os dias e que não abandonam o trabalho na Org para pegar algo que pague 0,1 brl a mais. Todos que trabalham na Org ou na iniciativa privada podem se inscrever ou trabalhar da maneira como estão atuando.
Como funcionará??
O governo tornará PÚBLICA a tabela das propostas salariais para cada ECO SKILL. Estas propostas, no momento da publicação, serão ligeiramente inferiores as ofertas do mercado, mas contarão com uma GRANDE VANTAGEM: O BÔNUS.
Cada dia trabalhado, dará direito a pessoa receber valor equivalente a 10% de seu salário como um EXTRA pela FIDELIDADE. Este Bônus não será fornecido instantaneamente, mas ficará retido na Org até que se passem pelo menos 5 dias de trabalho ininterrupto. Quando atingir este primeiro prazo, a pessoa irá ter duas opções:
-> Receber instantaneamente uma fração do valor acumulado
ou
-> Manter acumulando a Org e receber uma fração maior do que foi obtido no decorrer dos dias.
Desta forma, seguindo a tabela que demonstraremos a seguir, quanto mais dias ininterruptos a pessoa trabalhar, maior será o seu bônus!!

Outro elemento importante é que quando o trabalhador receber o valor do bônus, ele receberá por DOAÇÃO, ou seja, SEM O DESCONTO DOS 15% DE IMPOSTO DE RENDA!!!
É dinheiro ou não é???? Éééééééééé!!!!
Neste projeto, só existe um porém: AO RESGATAR O BÔNUS OU INTERROMPER O SEU TRABALHO, PARA-SE DE ACUMULAR. Se você trabalhou 29 dias e não trabalhou no 30º, você receberá o equivalente a 80% dos 10% acumulados em 29 dias. Se você trabalhar 5 dias e resgatar seu bônus, os próximos 5 dias voltarão a estaca zero. Desta forma, compensa aguardar até o 30º dia consecutivo para resgatar, pois além de receber 110% do BRL acumulado, você ainda ganha(do próprio jogo) 5g pela medalha de hard work!!!

Algumas Observações:
1- Caso você trabalhe em uma empresa brasileira, você irá receber via trabalho comum, perdendo os 15% relativos ao Imposto de Renda.
2- Caso você trabalhe em uma empresa estrangeira, você irá receber 1 moeda local(USD, DEM, TRY, PLN e etc) no contrato formal de trabalho + o valor em BRL da tabela com o desconto de 10%, por motivos de imposto de Renda. Antes que me pergunte porque é 10 no exterior e 15 no BR, entenda-se que os 5% não retidos são para custear eventuais passagens que você precise comprar.
3- Caso o mercado de trabalho Brasileiro se torne muito acirrado, elevando muito os salários, a Org irá reajustar nossa tabela padrão, sendo que a partir do dia do reajuste irá ocorrer aumento no valor relativo aos 10% de seu salário que são depositados no Fundo.
4- Caso seu ECO SKILL evolua no decorrer do work, seu contrato salarial sera reajustado para o próximo valor da tabela, sendo que a partir do dia em que reajustamos, a contribuição dos 10% aumentará.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
