王健林今年只花过一笔钱，买了三套西装。
他说政商关系在中国是个比博士后还高的学问，而“远离政府太假了”。
他希望王思聪稳重一点。但儿子向他吐槽被人紧盯的痛苦，又进入高调的循环。

谈儿子王思聪我期望他稳重一点
新京报：说说王思聪吧，他最近做了“日狗”的行为艺术，你知道吗？
王健林：我看到了。可能他自己觉得好玩，是在开玩笑，但他忽略了中国现在这个网络时代的负面影响。
新京报：王思聪现在是微博大V，有1200多万粉丝，有人觉得他敢想敢说，也有人觉得他高调张扬。
王健林：(他个性张扬)我认为有两个原因。第一，西方成长经历；第二可能与他年龄有关。
其实我回想起我年轻时，性格也冲，但是我的冲是比较听话，你让我干什么事儿，我保证哗哗给你干完。那时候我在军队里，哪敢说怀疑领导啊。可能时代不同了吧。
但我还是期望他能稳重一点。
新京报：他从小在新加坡和英国长大，作为父亲，在对他的教育上，有什么得与失？
王健林：现在回头看，我可能有失误的地方。比如说让他在国内读完初中或高中，再把他送到国外去，这样更合适。
思聪比较小(小学时候)就送出去，受西方的教育比较多，对中国的人情世故、社会复杂程度缺乏深刻认识。他在中国，不能用西方学到的方式去做事。
新京报：他会经常在网上卷入到一些争议、冲突中，成为热点话题中的主角，你对这怎么看待？
王健林：我和他有沟通，沟通的时候他答应不再这样做了，但过几天可能又做了。
新京报：还有人会这样推测，他在网上的一些热点事件，有可能是对万达有帮助的营销手段。
王健林：瞎扯。万达需要他来营销？
新京报：但现在很多女粉丝，确实是因为王思聪才愿意逛万达的。
王健林：我不赞同。我宁可他没有粉丝。万达不需要这些东西。万达需要营销多少亿的人口，我们希望是全覆盖，从2岁到70岁，我们不希望只是一小部分(粉丝)……
新京报：王思聪是富二代，富二代在中国已经被贴上了标签。
王健林：现在来说，官二代、富二代，只要是“二代”，自然会打上一个烙印。我觉得这种东西会随着时间的推移，会改变的，看这些二代人怎么做，怎么走吧。另外，随着中国中产阶层的扩大，这种富二代，官二代等就会减少。
看看英国工业史、欧洲工业史，你会发现，发展中国家转向发达国家过程中当中，都有这种“二代”现状，美国曾经也有。当社会逐渐走向橄榄型，中产阶级多了，教育程度好了后，这些负面的“二代”慢慢就会少了，这是个过程。
新京报：在父子交流的过程中，王思聪会向你说出哪些困惑？
王健林：我实话实说，思聪对于现在这种狗仔成天盯着(的现况)，他很痛苦。他问我，爸爸，我要不要去国外生活几年。我问他为什么啊，他说他很讨厌现在一点自由也没有，天天被人盯着。我说你去国外几年，时间太长也不合适，短了也不起作用，我说你这样，以后你社会上注意一点吧。
新京报：但他并没有“注意一点”？
王健林：可能这是一种潮流吧。也可能过几年，他被过度消费的情况就消失了。
新京报：在王思聪眼里，他会怎么评价自己的父亲？
王健林：我不太清楚。他在叛逆期时，肯定会挑战我的权威。比如我说什么话他不听，不服我，觉得我没什么了不起的，英语也不会讲，啥啥也不懂。
最近两年，我和他的沟通逐渐多了。另外，他也开始做生意了，认识到生意不是那么容易做的，他老爸做这个生意还不简单。
新京报：你觉得自己是严父还是慈父？
王健林：严父多一些吧。
最大烦恼接班人的成长
新京报：你最近读的一本书是什么？
王健林：日本泡沫十年。
新京报：为什么读这本书？
王健林：看看嘛。(笑)
新京报：你曾说过，你觉得自己的价值观中最重要的一部分是“创新、胆子大、敢闯敢试”，你有没有胆小的时候？
王健林：胆小？有啊。对规矩，对法律，对制度，我很胆小。因为我不逾越规矩，你看万达企业，敢闯敢试，都是在法律框架里边完成。
新京报：你会怎么评价你自己？
王健林：我希望我能维持自己的形象。第一，我是一个正派的人，保持一个正派的形象，所以你看我没有花边新闻；第二，保持一个慈善家的形象，我从来不在乎慈善的排名榜呀，首善啦，万达做慈善是发自内心的，从来不是为了宣传。
新京报：你现在有烦恼么？
王健林：工作、生活中都有烦恼，最大的烦恼是万达接班人的成长问题。我觉得目前万达的复合型人才，不像我们那个年代那么多。
新京报：复合型人才缺失对你来说意味着什么？
王健林：我在考虑万达接班人的梯队问题。万达这么大的一个帝国，将来该如何办？
新京报：王思聪以后会接替你执掌万达吗？
王健林：他已经明确表示不会执掌万达。他有他自己的性格，有自己喜欢的领域。
现在比较大的问题是，在现有梯队中，情商、智慧、执行力高，个人又特别勤奋的人比较少。一个人很聪明，但可能执行力差；另一个很勤奋，但是笨了一点。我在想，与我们那个年代相比，可能缺乏市场摔打的关系。
新京报：作为亚洲首富，你对当下的中小型企业家或创业者有哪些建议？
王健林：我觉得人生要有大目标，我的目标也是不断的调整。我不可能一开始就订现在的目标。大企业都是由小企业来的，任何人都有机会做成大企业，最重要的问题是人生要有大目标，要有理想，要有情怀。
有理想，有情怀，有目标，有可能会成为一个成功人士；如果没有理想、情怀和目标，你一点成为成功人士的可能都没有。
新京报：站在首富的位置，怎么看待财富，比如钱？
王健林：我不看重钱，我早过了需要钱的阶段。我儿子都说我，爸爸不会花钱。我不是不会花钱，是没时间花钱。我对钱的感觉是，我不是一个爱钱的人。
我为什么这么多钱还在努力奋斗呢，就是我有一个梦想，我需要用我和我团队的努力，在世界上创造一个样子，成为让世界敬佩的企业。

Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
