本人在广州某区级检察院公诉科工作，先说说工作强度吧，前几天刚搞了2013年的总结，本人在2013年一个人办理了各类案件162件221人，这个工作量实在是让人受不了。
在这里简单说下办理一个案件的工作量，公诉每收到一个案件，首先要填一份文书告知犯罪嫌疑人有什么权利，还要根据案件被害人的多少，每名被害人都要填写一份被害人的权利告知书邮寄或者电话通知，这个都要填很久，本人一年这个文书大概要填几百份（最苦逼的天河检察院，如果办理一个集资诈骗案件，被害人少着几千，多着十几万，每年都有几单这种案件在天河，听说填这个文书都要专门安排一个人填写），然后经办人要去看守所见一次犯罪嫌疑人，作好笔录（一般见一个人要半个小时以上，某些案件犯罪嫌疑人关押地点与提审地点比较远的看守所，要花一个小时也很正常），然后再详细看一次卷宗材料，再将所有卷宗材料摘录为电子文档，进行法律分析，制作审查报告提交给领导审批（这些卷宗最少二卷二百多页，多的上百卷上万页，一个审查报告少则二万字，多的几十万字都很正常，听说过一个案件审查报告三百多万字的），领导审批通过后，再制作起诉书，移送法院后，要去开庭（每个案件都要去，个人经验平均一天只能开5个左右，有比较复杂的一个案件开几天的），法院判决后，对法院的判决进行审查，再录入系统，整理备卷材料，这样一个案件才结束。以上还是最理想的状态，如果案件公安机关侦查的不好，需要退查，每次退查的文书都一堆，如果案件证据不足，需要提交检察委员会讨论不起诉就更加悲剧，需要制作科室讨论笔录，议案报告，不起诉书，不起诉理由书，答复被害人等等，一般这类案件一单至少要一个星期的工作时间才能完成。简单说，办理一个简单案件大概要一天，复杂的要一个星期以上。
同时，本人还需要参加各级机关要求参加的会议，写各种总结报告，每年要给辖区内几所中学的学生们上几次法制教育课，给辖区的各种街道、村干部上廉洁教育课，单位和辖区内某大学联合开设了一门法律实践课程，本人还要去给几百号大学生上二、三周的法律实践课，参加这所大学的法律实践活动，其他零碎的事情还有很多。
大家可以算一下，以我的工作强度，每年的工作日时间是绝对不够的，非常忙的时候广州市检公开提倡“5+2”、“白+黑”，什么意思，就是你别休息了，来加班吧，可以说加班对于我们来说是常态，除了过年期间，什么时候不加班才奇怪。（据本人了解，某区检察院是直接带被子在办公室睡觉加班的，可以说传说中华为的工作强度在我们这是司空见惯的）。最坑爹的是，我们加班没有任何加班费，连吃饭有时候都要自己掏钱，至于往返单位的交通费，更加是自己解决。
大家可以看看我们的工作强度了，我不否认有些岗位是比较清闲的，但网上动不动就说公务员清闲的口气我是受不了的，没有调查就没有发言权，你根本没在这个岗位做个，以那么肯定的口气说话，是不是不太妥当。以我的了解，年龄大一点的，可能会有一些比较清闲的岗位给他们做，但近几年通过考试考进来的公务员，没有听说谁的岗位清闲。
再说说大家感兴趣的收入吧，本人每月到手工资4300，公积金2000，房屋补贴1000，电话费补贴150，七个节日过节费每年8000，有十三个月工资，年终奖金4000到8000的都发过，基本上一个科员级别的年收入在10万左右，除此之外，没有任何其他收入。
对于灰色收入，本人是没有的，而且本单位大部分人都是没有的，理由简单说如下：
1、 单位部分。听单位同事说，在十年前是有的，现在没有了，因为广州所有单位财务都需要过审计，而给单位员工发钱是绝对过不了审计的，领导不是傻瓜，不会说自己承担风险来为其他人谋福利，所以所谓的乱发钱，只是美好的传说。
2、 社会部分。总有人说，公务员可以吃拿卡要，到处收红包，这个现象我不否认有，但在广州不多，至少相对公务员的总量来说不多。道理很简单，什么是红包，就是权钱交易，要想收红包，你手上必须有权力，没有权力，傻瓜才送红包给你。那么，以现在的体制，至少要科长以上的领导才有一定的权力，才有资格做交易，但领导占多少？这个比例大家自己算就可以了。古代官吏分离，现在大家都叫公务员，但公务员与公务员还是不一样的，什么样的公务员才叫官，什么样的公务员叫吏还是应该有一个基本的判断的，按龙空说法，李自成也是国家公务员。以为所有的公务员都有红包的灰色收入犯的就是以偏概全的错误。
谈谈本人的经历吧，我毕业后第一年考深圳公务员，进了面试，但没被录取，后来通过司法考试，当了几年律师。第一年收入不高，年收入在4万左右，后来进入上升渠道，在我考进公务员的那一年，年收入基本可以到20万了。进入单位后，有时候想想亏了，但也没有后悔，原因有几个：
1、确实公务员是个稳定的工作，这个稳定不仅仅体现在不会被炒鱿鱼。以个人经历来说，以前做律师，可以说非常不稳定，到处漂泊，房也没买，女朋友也没有。但考进去公务员后，可以说未来很长时间都稳定了，进单位的第2个月，靠以前的积蓄和父母赞助，按揭买了房子，现在想来，房子也升值不少了，如果不考公务员，这个房当时也下不了决心买，这样看，也赚了不少了。然后通过人介绍，找了女朋友，结婚，现在准备生小孩，小日子还可以，这样看，也比单纯赚点钱好多了。
2、公务员的收入我们一般算实际到手的收入，是扣除所有税费的，如果在外面工作，还需要缴纳社保、个人所得税等费用，这些钱，一年也要2万左右，这样算来，如果在外面工作，也是月薪过万了。
3、公务员的户口是直接解决的。虽然广州户口不如北京、上海户口值钱，但从附带的小孩教育、社区服务等价值来算，还是值个几万块的。
4、本人没有什么伟大志向，只是作为法律人，追求自己的法律信仰，平时的生活就比较简单。本人不喝酒、不抽烟、不嫖、不赌，房子问题也已经解决，平时回家最大的爱好就是上网，上网这个花费是比较低的，所以本人的收入还是可以让我在广州有尊严的生活。所谓知足常乐，是否幸福不是看收入多少，而是看个人感受的，所以我觉得这个收入也可以接受了。
最近讨论公务员收入，有一个观点是你不干还有其他人干，不满的话，可以辞职呀。我对这个观点实在鄙视，这种说法实在是流氓逻辑。按照这个说法，旧社会上海滩的资本家都可以这样说，当时工人收入低、劳动强度大，按照这个逻辑，你可以不去当这个工人呀。都21世纪了，居然还有人抱着这种资本家观点，实在是让我不服气。
所谓家家有本难念的经，每个人都有自己的难处。为什么继续干有很多原因的，这种你不满意可以不干的说法未免强词夺理。据我所知，每年广州地区，法院、检察院都有不少人由于对工作不满辞职的，和我同一批的，天河区检察院的一个同事，一年试用期没满就辞职了，按照他的说法，这份工作和他想的不一样，不值得，而且试用期满后五年内就不能辞职了，所有早点走了拉倒。
所以个人认为，对于公务员的性价比，你可以说你的观点，但应当说点道理出来，但简单的说你不干还有其他人干就过份了。

If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
