Romanian Production Cooperative is a Stock Company run by the people for the people.It is part of the World Bank Group.
Each shareholder gets dividends once a week.
The value of the dividends is 20% of the gold the company has in the Monetary Inventory at the end of each month (the last Friday of the Month).
For the first year, the CEO of the World Bank INC. reserves the right to hold 50%+1 shares and then, at the end of the first year (365 days), he/she will send all the shares, retaining only 10% which is to be considered the trust payment each company must pay to the common monetary trust.
The trust exists to help SCs which are part of the group.
