How does that work? 100 shares are issued for a price say 1 gold
once the shares are fully bought a dividend is issue for half of the gold (aka 50 gold)
after that more shares are issued at a higher rate until achieve again..
This company will continue part one until share prices are at 5 gold apiece..
When that happens part two will continue as capital will be raised in part one
Part two will be a stock company shelling out dividends every Friday of profits made in the stock exchanges
