Here is what the shareholders should do in order to avail the shares in the new SC:
1. Sell your old SC shares at 0.05 Gold each to me.
2. Place your offers also worth 0.05 Gold at the new SC.
3. I will sell you the shares once you have completed steps 1 and 2.
This way you will be able to buy shares without spending gold.
The new shares will only be available to those who have voted on either the change statute or poll:
