Health & Wealth is planned to have 5000 shares, but average share value shall be around 2Gold .
Dividends are paid each 15 days. Half the profits will be part of the SC treasury chest and half will be shared as dividends.
Those are the rules that you accept and subscribe when buying shares:
Rule01: English is the only allowed language.
Rule02: extra wages consisting in a small amount of goods produced by owned companies will be given for free to all H&W employee that have at least one H&W share that have worked all days accordingly to each owned Company worker productivity report.
Rule03: to perform rule Rule02, two or three times per month, a specific poll will be submitted to decide if proceed.
Rule04: extra wages as stated in Rule02 and Rule03 will be donated by one of the SC Manager that will buy them from the SC at the lowest possible price via #strade or via product market.
Rule05: for strategic marketing reason, SC Manager could ask employee to work for another H&W company. Please, it's very important to follow the given instruction... Otherwise the employee will not be eligible for Rule02 ! ! !
