★ Claudio Augusto . I'm from Rome (Italy) and I want to share with you my idea of a social-capitalistic Stock Company.
What does "the idea" consist on?
Quite simple: I’d like to create a Stock Company, named Health & Wealth , able to produce and sell all the products a player could need. Basically weapons, food, tickets and gift…
So, what’s new?
Very simple: the owners of the Stock Company will be the employees of the Companies owned by the Stock Company itself ! ! ! You just have to buy shares to be part of it ! ! !
This sounds crazy, how does it works?
All the employees are invited to buy products from their Stock Company only ! This is necessary in order to make the SC richer and richer…
So what will happen when the SC becomes richer?
Half the money/gold collected by the SC will be shared between shareholders, half the money/gold will be used to open more companies around the country… and why not? All around the e-World, one day…
Ok, but who will rule the Stock Company?
The SC market rules this stuff… Currently I’m the owner and CEO and I’ll rule the SC the best I can… Haven’t you got the best available salary on the market? So trust me, we will grow together…
Why Health & Wealth ?
Ok, if you can’t get it on your own… you can leave right now ! ! !
What if I work everyday? If I were a good employee do I have to expect something ?
Yes, of course! Twice a month (three times if possible) all the employees that have worked all days - no exceptions allowed - will receive an extra bonus depending on how well our SC is going...
Bonus? That sounds great!
Yep, it is! Through #strade, or directly on product market, some company goods will be sold "almost for free" to one of the SC Manager in order to donate them to the ones that have worked all days accordingly to the Company Daily Production screen. However a poll will anticipate this kind of activities.
What about wages and rising?
Without any doubt Health & Wealth offers the best wages! However the higher the wages the lower the SC profits...
Wages are verified quite often and rising are applied immediately! However if you realize you're not getting the right wage, please warn before leaving ! ! ! And remember that you are part of it...
Coming back to the SC and its shares...
I want this SC to have not more than 2000 shares, I don't think we will ever need more...
Average value should be around 2 Gold , current market value is almost 1,8 Gold golds.
What is Health & Wealth involved in right now? Which are the owned Companies?
At the moment, in PHP, we have five companies: q5oil , q5iron , q1weapon , q5grain and q5food .
In the close future, it would be great to have a q5ticket, another q5iron and a q5weapon and maybe also a q3food... After that we will move for the gift... Xmas is coming...
Ok, but why Health & Wealth ?
Again? Get out of here and get me some money too ! ! !
Anything more to know ?
Yes, only 5 simple rules:
1) English is the only allowed language! Don't worry, also mine is not so good...
2) extra wages in goods produced by owned companies will be given for free to all employee that have worked all days accordingly to each owned Company report !
3) to perform rule 2), more or less twice a month, a specific poll will be submitted to decide if proceed;
4) extra wages as stated in rule 2) and rule 3) will be donated by one of the SC Manager that will buy them from the SC at the lowest possible price via #strade or via product market;
5) for strategic marketing reason, SC Manager could ask to work for another H&W company. Please, it's very important to follow the given instruction... Otherwise you will not be eligible for rule 2) ! ! !
I hope that all of you will enjoy this project… you just have to invest and spend in your own Health & Wealth Stock Company Mall and quite often you’ll get an “extra wage” ! ! !

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
