Economy Basics:
Economic Skill (ES) determines how much each player will produce (along with other bonuses due to the company see below for further details), the higher your ES the more you produce.
There are 6 basic products and 6 raw materials used to make those products. In addition each product can have between 1-5 quality rating (referred to as Q1 – Q5), each increase in quality increases the effect of each item.
List of Products for use (raw material used to make them): Purpose
Weapons (raw=iron) – Increase the amount of damage done in battle (Increasing Quality increase damage bonus)
Food (raw=grain)- Refills health when used, but daily limit of 10 food per day (Q1=10 health…Q5=50 health)
Gifts (raw=diamonds)- Refills health when used, has a daily limit of 10 per day (Q1=10 health… Q5=50 Health)
Tickets (raw=oil) – used to travel between regions (Q1 = -40 health to travel… Q5=0 health to travel)
Houses (raw=wood)- Not consumed, but when owned increases the daily limit of food you can use (Q1= 1 extra food per day… Q5=5 extra food per day)
Estates (raw=stone)- Same as houses except with gifts. )Q1=1 extra gift spot per day… Q5=5 extra gift spots per day).
Company:
Productivity Number: Is each players productivity in working. This is changed by many factors including ES, company location (see below), number of people who have worked in the company that day (more people that work in a company the less productive each is), and a few other things. This determines how many raw materials or products you will make in a given day.
Many regions have “medium” and “high” levels for a resource. This indicates how productive each worker will be in a given company. For raw companies located in a high region, the production is boosted by 25%. Each additional level of quality in the raw companies increases the production by 20%. So a company based in a high region with a quality level of 3 would have a 25% multiplier (located in a high region) as well as a 40% multiplier (quality 3 company) as compared to a company located in a non-high region with a quality of 1.
Product companies have different bonuses. For a production company located in a country (does not need to be the same region, just same country) that controls the appropriate high region (e.g. grain for food) gets a 25% multiplier. The quality increase allows you to make higher quality products, however each increase in quality requires more raw materials for each product made (e.g. 1 grain=1 Q1 food, 5 grain= 1 Q5 food, 2 diamonds=1 Q1 gift, 10 diamonds=1 Q5 gift etc.), which means players of equal economic skill will make more lower quality goods than higher quality goods (take your productivity number and divide by the number of raw materials needed and that’s how many items you produce)
There are also 2 main groups of currencies in e-sim. Each country has a local currency and there is also gold. The money market is where you can go to exchange any local currency into gold and also the opposite, that is, changing gold into a local currency. Money can be earned from the job market through your salary, selling items on the product market, as well as the gold rewards for earning a new level, receiving a medal, inviting a player who reaches level 7, etc.
Taxes:
There are also taxes that are charged for many actions in e-sim. There is an income tax on your salary, a vat tax (which is basically a sales tax) on items sold on the product market, import taxes if you sell products on a foreign product market. Keep these in mind when you are selling goods as the listed selling price includes the taxes you need to pay (they are not calculated after and added on to the price)
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth.
Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit
different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be
efficiently
managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation.
Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the
game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
