Motion to Appoint Reuben Muddlecrock as CVO of United Assets.




If this motion is passed, Reuben Muddlecrock will officially be appointed as Chief Visionary Officer (CVO) of United Assets.

If passed Reuben Muddlecrock will no longer respond to the CEO but will instead act as an much needed Adviser. As adviser, opinions contrary to the CEO's will not be punished, but will instead be put to consideration before any action is taken.

Reuben Muddlecrock will serve the Executive Function of Adviser to the CEO to the best of his abilities. Should he fail at his duties Stock Holders in United Assets may request his resignation or that his removal from the company be put to vote.

In the opinion of Gluethin McIII, Current CEO of United Assets, Reuben Muddlecrock has been nothing but an Asset to this company, and his Office as CVO would act to further advance the interests of United Assets.
