Empresa de Comércio Ricarda (ECRic) or Ricarda Trading Company is a Portuguese Subsidiary Company of United Kingdom (UK) based Corporate Group Crista Corporation owned by iGheevar (Chairman & CEO). Company will be mainly focusing on Portuguese & Spanish Markets.

From Feb 1st, 2021 onwards on 7th of every month, 80% of the profit will be paid to the share holders as dividend. Rest of the profit will be used as capital for the operation of ECRic. Crista Corporation will be maintaining a minimum holding of 55% Shares in the company all the time. Company will be issuing shares at regular intervals till the total number of shares equals 1000, after which no new shares will be issued.
