Do you agree with the following question:
Dividend or No Dividend? Shareholders are the key person to further growth and development of the public company, USA Investment Co. The company aims to invest Gold in various other fields such as (in order of priority): Q5 Gifts Company | Q5 Food Company | Q5 Oil Company | Q5 Iron Company, etc. Opening up Q5 companies cost at max 390 Gold; however, once a company is established, shareholders can expect even more income per their invested shares. So do you believe at an initial stage a Dividend distribution policy is beneficial or retained dividends with more investments that'd result in higher share values? AN EXAMPLE: The share price started @ 3.12 (on Day 303-304). Now it is already 3.2 Gold/share. At this trend, we can assume the price of share will be at least 3.7 within 30 days, i.e., 300 Gold Profits. We can always distribute those Gold Profits equally among share holders according to their percentage of share OR re-invest the profits in opening up new companies. Now, if we distribute all the 300 Gold dividends after 30 days, be aware, the share price will again fall back to 3.12 Gold/share, i.e., the price people bought share on Day 304. If the dividend is not distributed, the share values will remain @ 3.7. As we use the profits in more investment opportunities, we can expect at least 11-12 Gold Profits per day with the newly added Q5 company, i.e., 1-2 Gold more than currently produced. Hence, shareholders will not only be able to enjoy increased share values but also increased profits! So, what do you think about this? Do you think distributing Dividends is the best policy OR should we retain earnings for further development and growth of USA Investment Co.? Obviously the growth of USA Investment Co. means growth of all its shareholders and ultimately you! Give your votes so that we know what all our shareholders want!
