Okay, the manager thing didn't work out as anticipated. Our many companies do not have much workers, thus resulting in lesser profit realizations.

So, what needs to be done next to ensure we get maximum profits & dividend?

I have a small plan - we are a group of 160 members in the Stock Company. Why not we opt to work for the SC instead of working for anyone else?

Well, that'd solve the problem of less staffs in many of our companies and result in higher production of goods, hence ultimately resulting in high profits and high dividends!

I can assign everybody a company - we have 18 companies, so at least 100 guys are needed to fill all the positions!

Salaries will be paid in gold once every 5 days or depending on market salary rates after income tax!
