Hi, I'm looking for new company managers. The job is simple. You have to mantein 6~10 guys working in each company every day. For this, I use to have 12 employers in each company. Contracting: You have to put an offer in job market at ONLY 0.01 currency more than the expensiver. Don't put 0.5 currency more!!! This is only make the salaries raise! Only after someone aply the job offer, that you should go to our companie and raise employer salary 0.2~0.5 currency, to mantein he on the job. Exemple: You see the economic level 6 at 14.57PTE on Portugal Job Market, and you want to contract some workers in our PT companies, so you just put an offer at 14.58PTE, and wait someone aply in this offer.
