My Ideas are addressed mainly to the administrators of e-sim. I hope they reach them so that my suggestions result in something.
I suggest that you bring in a license, which must be needed in order to sell your wares at a foreign market and hire workers in owned companies outside your country. How will that happen?
First of all, to get a license, you will need to have a citizenship in the current country, where you want to sell goods and hire workers.
Second - you will have to buy that license(for 30 gold for example).
Why do I demand for something like this? Many of you will ask.
Because if there are no such licenses, the whole game loses its point. It doesn't seem fair that a country "conquers a region after another" in order to get more bonuses and at the same time a country that's no longer on the map has the same advantages and privileges.
Isn't it odd that a country that had lost a war and all its regions has the same productivity bonus as the one that won?
Please put this game in order! At the moment you can't say which company is which at the market. There must be some order! It's not fair that everyone buys from and sells to wherever he wants! I'll give you a particular example - Turkey is completely conquered(once again this is just an example) and the Turks buy companies that are on bulgarian territory and use the same bonus as the Bulgarians! That simply won't do! Why do we lead these wars since everyone has the same bonuses? This has to be changed! It's just not right that we conquer a territory after another and they use our market, our productivity bonus and our workers! The countries have borders so the economy of every country must have borders as well! We want a change!
The other problem I want to draw attention to is the massive lag.
You've taken the responsibility to create this game, so make sure there is no lag! The game is falling apart bit by bit, players give up every day, because you can't do your job. If that's your goal - go on then!
Those were my suggestions. I hope they reach the people they are meant to and of course I'll be looking forward to answers and resolutions!

Здравейте на всички днес искам да предложа няколко идеи и промени за по доброто развитие на тази игра
Идеите ми ще бъдат отправени главно към администраторите на тази игра , надявам се да стигнат до тях и да има резултат
Идеята ми е да се въведе лиценза за продаване на стоки на даден пазар и наемането на работници ! Как ще стане това ?
Първо за да получиш лиценз трябва да имаш гражданство в дадената държава в която искаш да продаваш стоки и да наемаш работници !
Второ трябва да си го закупиш ( примерно 30 злато )
Защо искам тази промяна ? , ще се запитат много от вас .
Защото ако няма лиценз се губи смисъла на играта , някак си не ми се вижда редно ,дадена държава да превзема регион след регион ,да си направи нужните бонуси и в същото време държава която я няма на картата да има същите преимущества и привилегии както тази която владее десетки региони !!
Нормално ли е една държава която е изгубила войната и регионите си, да има същия бонус производство както тази дето е спечелила войната ?
Оправете малко тази игра , вкарайте малко ред, в момента на пазара не може да разбереш коя фирма каква е ! Трябва да има малко ред , не може всеки да купува и продава където си иска ! Ще дам и конкретен пример , Турците превзети ,купуват фирми който са на Българска територия и ползват същия бонус както нас !! Това на какво прилича , за какво водим тези войни , след като всички ползваме един и същ бонус ???? Това трябва да се промени , не може ние и не само ние , да превземаме територия след територия и те да ползват нашия пазар ,нашия бонус за производство , нашите работници !!! Както държавите имат граница , така и икономиката на всяка държава трябва да има граница ! ИСКАМЕ ПРОМЕНИ !!!
Другото на което искам да се спря е проблема с огромния ЛАГ !!!
Поели сте отговорността да направите тази игра , поемете и отговорността, да няма този ЛАГ !!! Играта се разпада след всеки изминал ден , играчи се отказват всеки ден , защото вие не можете да си свършите работата ,ако това ви е целта , можете да продължавате !!!

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
