Hello dear readers,

Today I am writing this article because I saw how a newbie is making his way into the world of Primera on e-sim. My roommate made an account and I saw how he's progressing. If you are an old player like me, since the very first days, you will find the new system very boring and easy to do. I remember back in the days when I had no idea what I was supposed to do (j/k, I knew that I had to kill my enemies hehe). Now the game requires you to follow her steps and go into the abyss with her. Why? Why should I listen to the game what I have to do. Let me do my own job and let me survive this cruel world. The tutorial is okay but why is required?

Other thing that bother me is that nothing is free. Every little reward you get from the missions, you are required to spend them for the next mission. So you are like YEAH, 5 currency reward and a ticket. Well, guess what, your next mission is to spend that ticket and go to the capital to buy yourself a drink and a hot meal. Well, at least that's in real world, here is a couple of guns and food. You can't obey the mission, you can't resist it, but then again, you can fight in resistance wars for your country a couple of days later.

I am saying that we need a couple of changes here. Maybe start from a scratch with a new module. Who knows, it might bring a lot of new players and a couple of the old players back. Maybe reorganize some things so that you will get at least a better "new player module". I don't say that this one is bad but there are many open doors begging you to get in there and start to. Here are some things that, if implemented, this game will go on another direction.

1) Add a massive "bunker", a different map. Not like the map known to the world, but interactive map with made up cities and countries. A couple of countries and each with three territories. One of the country's territory is the capital, one is the trade center and the other one will be train and fight center. What a newbie can do here? He can choose where he wants to go first, does he wants to go to the capital, to the trade center or to the train and fight center, or camps.
1.1) If the player decides to go to the capital, he will be welcomed by a mentor. A mentor can be either a human player who owns more than 60% of the achievements in "Category Social" or a NPC who will be scripted to give commands to the player. Here, the player will learn the basics of the companies, how does everything works, the market, the products, the high and medium regions, the workers etc. If he completes the tutorial, he will receive 30% bonus on his economy skill in the next 30 days.
1.2) If the player decides to go to the trade center, he will, as mentioned before, be welcomed by a mentor or an NPC. But here, a mentor can be the one who has shares in some of the share companies in the e-sim and/or someone who owns an active company with an active worker in the last 10 days. If the player completes the tutorial, he will receive 50% off of every share he is going to buy. (This can be changed, I haven't came to an idea of what the reward should be)
1.3) If the player decides to go to fight camp, he will also be welcomed (hehe) by a mentor or an NPC. A mentor here can be the player who has more than 60% of the achievements in "Category Military". The player here will learn the pros and cons of fighting in "normal" battles, resistance battles, civil wars, overseas battles (the sailor's week). He will be taught about the buffs and debuffs, about the special items and the equipments. If he completes the tutorial successfully, he will either get an Q1 equipment or Q2 equipment IF the country decides to spend 20 golds (may change) each month from the country's treasure for "helping a new players" cause. There will be laws issued. This specific law can be issued only on thirty days. Or, the player will get 5% more strength for the next thirty days.

You will ask why mentors, what will be his job here. He will somehow replace the system of "Motivate New Citizens ". With the current system, the one who is fastest gets to motivate the new players and there is no limit, but yes, there are achievements. When one motivates 200 players I think he won't do it again because there is no point of that, besides the free food limit. But with the new "mentor system", you can be a mentor of maximum 15-20 players per month. We should make some dates important, as like 5th, 15th and 25th. The "restart" of the mentors should be on 10th each month. The mentor will also be able to donate food, gifts and weapons and he will also have an interactive chat (as that chat pop-up down right) with his "student". Of course, this will be sorted by a system. You can pick which languages you can mentor. Languages are available here . You can pick as much languages as you want but it's important that you pick the ones you know very well so that the student will understand you well. The student later can rate your services. According to him, you will receive food limit, gift limit, a couple of guns or an Q1 equipment. There will be space for new achievements too.

If you are reading closely, you'd probably ask yourself what is the usage of the interactive map I mentioned at the very start. Well, that can be used if a player completes his main task which were 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3. After he completes the main task, he can pick the other two as well but the rewards will be nonexistent or lowered. Or give them all the rewards. That would be fun. That interactive map should be like in those turn-based games where you are in *clicky-click* mode.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.


You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
