上一期我们有一个投票，你觉得到底在这件个事件中谁是主谋？（63.15 % 逆袭 26.31 % 舰娘私服 10.52 % 孙立军吧的喷子）
然而“逆袭”在发表一些群嘲帖被疯狂飞妈（虽然也有人爆料逆袭貌似家庭不完整，于是大家开始飞他爹- -）百度过了几天撤掉了逆袭几个号的权限，只留下athlon18，也就是最初空降的吧主，并称athlon18被盗号并批准了逆袭的几个号成为大把，然而athlon18最近一周并无任何言论。
孙立军吧的喷子也一个个被从小吧中救出赶走了，但是目前小吧里有没有孙吧的人或者目前小吧里还有没有依旧是处在盗号状态我们暂时还不清楚。
至于私服，那里还是主要是茶楼，也出现了一些洗地帖和看似中立实则洗地的帖子。在我们逐渐把视线从私服转移到孙吧以及逆袭身上时，私服貌似正准备死灰复燃，私服吧也出现了一些私服又偷偷运营的传言。
在众多提督对私服官网进行攻击的时候，我们主要的作战工具是zuo.si的压力测试器已经轨道炮，但由于zuo.si只需要打开浏览器就可以进行攻击所以估计会有更多人使用吧。然而制作zuo.si的是Provissy，这个叫做“Provissy”的人实则是与真神抢生意卖vpn的（不要问我哪个真神，就是没女朋友的那个括弧笑）然而之前也传出过他黑真神的言论，前几天当上了小吧，但是由于被诸多吧友要求其避嫌，于是卸任，并关闭了原来的插件，并在Provissy’s Blog上发表“请离开DO NOT STAY HERE ”为题的文章称停止原开源插件Provissy Tools的使用，自己并没有收任何人一分钱，并为已经申请成为小吧的事道歉。一些提督害怕其将来会站在私服一边而为其辩解，另一些人则始终认为作为不能让在其中有商业利益的人参与吧主选举。
期间另外一起爆料事件主要由原空降小吧冷酱00与舰娘国服吧小吧Celty丨罪歌提供，从其提供的内部记录看来，贴吧实则掌握在私服手中，在临时组建的舰c吧务群中中看到了“舰娘国服国服管理”这位被裱的飞起的人物。详情请见
然而在再结合最近的不少爆料帖，之前的诸多dalao的猜测，事实的真相也终于差不多浮出水面了，可以说私服和百度才是最终的罪魁祸首。
以下为结合诸多爆料帖，dalao猜测，萌百记录及本人考察的结果，如有异议请pm我或在评论区中指出。
14年上半年，为了让一些提督在没有资源的时候能尝试赌船的乐趣，于是某个化名为L的利用flash的特性以及一些技术成功制作出来名叫“屌丝舰娘助手”的私服，大概玩家是一个QQ群上百个人，每人捐几十块钱以支持私服的维护更新。
14年10月，L感觉舰娘大部分功能已经完成复制，准备将游戏公测，但由于公测效果不佳，将代码卖给了目前私服的公司（也就是北京龙珠数码或天津掌上佳游或渔游趣玩公司）
14年11月，私服开始了第二轮的公测，大约拥有上千名玩家，并在17173平台上发邀请码（但是可以直接向客服索要）
15年1月13日前，私服联系到了百度某内部人员以未知价格的广告费希望在舰c吧宣传私服。
15年1月13日17时50分，舰队Collection吧吧主我才是酱油啊、Daniel911129,因“同IP用户使用”的理由，被百度贴吧官方撤销吧主权限。我才是酱油啊曾向在百度工作的某好友询问情况被告知装死即可。
15年1月14日16时12分，舰队Collection吧最后一名吧主Requiemzzh被不配合管理为由撤销（实则并未有任何管理通知），舰C吧已经没有吧主。18时许，百度贴吧用户“athlon18”空降为吧主。此后出现舰C吧首页出现置顶主题帖《舰队collection国服1月15日公测，大和武藏点击就送！》，以所谓“国服”这一虚假的名义进行宣传。
15年1月14日20时许，大量R18本子出现在舰c吧。提督对于落入私服手中的百度舰队collection吧雷击处分开始实施。
15年1月14日20时17分，“athlon18”对全吧进行封禁，并发出置顶主题帖《作为一个舰娘粉，请听我说两句！》。
15年1月14日23时30分起，舰娘私服开始遭受攻击，“舰娘国服”登陆界面已经不能正常工作。公测开启页面的链接和新手包的链接都被改为e-hentai.org的超链。
15年1月15日，贴吧新增吧主狂犬夕立丶阿秀林以及小吧逆袭
15年1月15日3时05分至4点50分，舰娘私服官网七次被黑，黑客爆出私服管理员帐号为athlon，再次论证舰c吧由私服夺取。
15年1月15日9时50分，腾讯游戏频道出现舰娘私服广告。20分钟后广告出现在17173旗下页游网上。
15年1月15日至21日期间，诸多提督利用zuo.si与轨道炮在诸多dalao指挥下对私服进行攻击，私服启用百度云CDN，阿里云加速，360云加速等服务多次应对攻击，最终宣布暂时停服。期间萌娘百科以及dalao新建的论坛遭到疑似私服的攻击。
15年1月22日至25期间，舰c吧历经多次解封已经全体禁言，空降吧主使用机器进行无视内容高速删帖以及封禁措施。诸多提督的本子爆吧行动宣告失败。
15年1月24日至27日上午，逆袭以及其多个小号对舰c吧全体吧友进行全体嘲讽以及人生攻击。舰娘国服吧出现大量洗地帖。
15年1月27日下午，百度贴吧方面将时任吧主的百度用户“阿秀林”以及“狂犬夕立丶”撤职，并宣布将于近期选举新吧主后athlon18将立即下任。此前“阿秀林”曾放话道：“百度让你滚，你就不得不滚。”
15年1月29日，舰队collection吧的吧主申请条件为加入会员时长不得短于360天，发言数不得少于2000贴。其中一个叫观察者的用户发帖数为33帖，但仍成功申请大吧。
15年1月31日，舰队collection吧的小吧主减至9个。诸多孙吧喷子被识别并赶出舰c吧。
15年2月2日，小吧Provissy宣布退出吧主竞选，并关闭其制作的开源插件Provissy Tools的使用。
截至笔者发稿，最符合逻辑已经现有证据的事情的真相即为：
①L制作了屌丝舰娘助手
②L因为公测收益不佳，将代码卖给现私服公司
③私服财力雄厚，与百度达成协议共同运营舰娘私服，并在腾讯游戏，17173等网站发布广告
④百度有意和私服合作运营国服舰c，下掉原大吧，空降athlon18大吧。
⑤在事件失控后逆袭称可以帮助控制局面并同时宣传私服的理由得到了athlon18的帐号。
⑥孙吧的人是逆袭或者私服请来控制局面的人。
⑦逆袭假意卖帐号赚了钱，但私服并未支付逆袭及孙吧维护局面的报酬反而扔锅给私服及逆袭。
⑧逆袭不愿意继续和私服合作，开启群嘲及人生攻击，孙吧也不愿意和私服继续合作，并爆料目前贴吧实际掌握在私服手中。
上期报纸之后，有几位玩家pm我认为私服其实是无辜的，一下即为私服涉及该事件的证据：
①空降吧主athlon18与私服管理员帐号相同且为原舰娘私服贴吧小吧。
②如若不是athlon18主动提供，逆袭不可能在1小时内得到其权限，且athlon18在之后的一周内并未表示被盗号或对帐号进行申述。（萌百有私信截图）
③id名为蓝梦独舞原百度贴吧监察组成员表示有百度高层管理受贿，并将多名进行质疑的检查组成员停权，其后该管理组47名管理人员辞职。

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
