I haven't done an interview in ages (it seems) and ever since PresidentIrishPower gave me the opportunity to use this newspaper, i've been keen to write something for it. It's not my first article here, i also did 2 newbie articles under my last stay in Ireland, which was 7 months ago (the time goes by so fast :O). Back then
nicmau asked me to write them and i was more than willing to since i had got slightly tired of reaching global with my own articles while not knowing whether they were actually good enough to be in the global or just had so many subs behind them. Reaching as many votes (and extra subs) as we did with the first org article, it felt like an amazing success. I wanna try that again.

IrishPower , thank you for inviting me to Ireland and thank you for accepting this interview.
1. No problem
Orlandio , it was fun when you were last here.
2. Unlike many other Irish players, you seem to be a native Irish (if i'm not mistaken). How many of natives are in Ireland?
2. I am a native Irish player, there are a good few of who are not but their intentions aren't to take Ireland over as one might think. They came here i suppose to really just find a small country to live in, some are good friends of mine. There is still a lot of Irish natives in Ireland, although I do think we are outnumbered.
3. What inspired you to candidate for president? Did you succeed the first time or did you have to fail before winning the seat?
3. Well this is my second term as president now , my first I ran against
tabilicula and 
DeathLandz . I won by 3 votes. I decided to run because I am very active and needed something else to do with my time and wanted to improve Ireland. The next month nicmau ran for president after asking me could he so i let him. This month I ran without any opposition. Ireland is pretty small so its not hard to get into presidential seat.
4. Did you talk with
corey french before taking over his position in November?
4. Oh well thats a long story.
.... Well me and corey weren't on the best of terms that month. We were okay with each other before but we had a war with the UK . The wars with the UK happened every couple of months really until France captured them. I didn't think he was active enough to be the president because during the war we had a lot of times when he missed out on times when we could have attacked them and taken London but he wasn't on for a long time and they ended up attacking us instead . It annoyed me really because I was sitting here along with Rosen ready to take control of their capital, it was the first time since i had been on e-sim that Ireland was actually winning the war against UK. We attempted a few impeaches and came close but some still wanted corey in power so we left it after a while. He wasn't happy with us. Calling me and rosen names and shouting that we were traitors and that we were trying to take over... that's when i decided to run for president.
5. Was that your main promise as well? Activity?
5. I had always been pretty active on esim, I was on daily and always stayed on for a couple of hours because I stayed on my computer playing games ect. It was how I got into the game really, I wouldnt log on purely for e-sim at the start i would just have it in the background while playing other games on steam ect. I think activity is very important when playing e-sim, especially when running a country. Also when being able to get over 100 gold in the tournaments
and allowing me to fight for Ireland properly.
6. You've been playing this game for over 1 and a half years now. Who is the best politician, war leader, president that you've witnessed in Ireland? Who have been your mentors? (doesn't have to be the same people)
6. Hmmmm well at the start i wasn't interested in the political side so of the people I have seen run the country really it would have to be
nicmau , he was always good at getting Ireland into different alliances and such. 
Federico Rosenfeld has been the person I always turned to when I need to find something out or to ask advice on. He has always helped me with everything I needed, he even let me join his MU after reset when I couldn't afford to fight.
DUB is a native Irish person who keeps Ireland's economy ticking over. I do try to help but i'm not one for the economy side of the game, yet still working on that part. He's always worked hard for Ireland's economy, we are lucky to have him because he keeps Ireland steady and keeps the money flowing.
7. You mentioned that Ireland is a very small country... Do you see any newcomers that could fit to be the president one day?
7. Ireland doesn't really have any newcomers as such. There are a few people who join and play but their activity is lacking. They might one day grow into a active person maybe how I was at the start but it is impossible to tell.
8. Now that
nicmau is (at least temporarily) gone as well and CP election are a-coming, will You keep on the responsibilities of leading Ireland to a brighter future?
8. Yeah I do plan on running again for cp since I dont think anyone else will anyway.
. Hopefully I will be elected again and can continue to learn as cp.
9. You mentioned that you weren't that much into political side of the game when you first started. What intrigued you instead that you kept on playing?
9. Well I enjoyed the fighting part of the game.
and how I could get a ton of money from being active. I would win 100 gold in the tournaments then spend it all within a week and then be poor for the rest of the time.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
