Dear Admins,

I am writing to inform you of the various ways you are killing the game. The game has several serious flaws that have been reported time & time again, the player base could accept that if you showed some sign that you were giving it serious attention. or at least an explanation of why you can't/aren't doing so. Instead you & your administration team ignore & even take measures to cover these issues up, this drives away your active players while also encouraging them to discourage others from joining the game.

This brings us to the largest problem, a lack of communication. You have made a habit of making large changes without garnering feedback from or even informing the playerbase. And even when you do you ignore the strong objections of a large part of the playerbase. This causes frustration & mass quits by large portions of the population.

You have also made a habit of undertaking actions that are ultimately short sighted & have very bad implications for the long term. For example the addition of additional servers, while this garners additional income for the game & to some extent some new players, it undermines itself & all of the other servers by splitting the playerbase. Another is having reset the servers, in order to try & attract new players you chose to ignore your current playerbase, causing many to stop playing.

Furthermore, you continue to waste valuable development time & money on updates that are at best unneeded & a large part of the time fundamentally broken. Did we really need Q6 equipment or sailor week or new pretty country flags? Don't get me wrong some of these things are cool to have but they hardly take precedence over things like fixing the lag issues with battles. Some even make existing issues worse, all of the bling & visual stuff on the battle stuff on the new battle page hasn't done response times there any favors.

Finally, there are many concepts that one must play to fully understand, this prevents you as a developer from truly understanding how changes you make to the game will effect other aspects of the game unless you have an experienced groups of players explaining it to you. Again, take the reset as an example you believed that it would help attract & keep new players by lessening the gap, when in fact the opposite is true. As many players predicted the gap was only widened where it matters. Old accounts were able to make a fortune & quickly rebuild their accounts, while accounts that were comparatively new struggled with the now tripled price of goods.

I strongly urge you to take the following measures in order to repair your relationship with the players & to minimize further problems.

1. Make a promise to the playerbase that you will never reset a server or create another server again. Then stick a link to that promise somewhere in the game so it is not forgotten. This will help repair your damaged relationship to the community.

2. Create a group of experienced players covering all aspects of the game to provide feedback on new game features & fixes before they are implemented or for that matter coded. Trust their judgment on matters about game balance & what projects should be prioritized. This will help you move forward on projects while preventing unattended side-effects to other aspects to the game.

3. Make your number 1 priority to be fixing the battle lag. As it stands the battle screen may as well be a dice roll since it is completely random.

4. The SC module is a great addition to the game but it is unfinished, both SCs & MUs need to be able to do contracts. Further give the GOs the ability to delete/force sell the shares of inactive & banned players.

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
