So few days ago i tried log on, and received a message i was banned cause i stole from a public SC. Later we noticed that the SC wasnt public , since i am only shareholder (another 1 shareholder who is long time banned.. so do u consider it as public SC? really?)
Anyway, later after 1day, moderator that banned me, dig up another 1 case and use it, to win the case and mine ban..
it was some moves that were made 1-2 years ago. Thankfully, moderator also told on the reasons why he rejected mine appeal, that even though i received warn i re-did it..
But last warn was 6 months ago? 9 months ago?
But he used cases that were made 2 years ago...
So in other words, it seems that after i received last warn and things were cleared about rules and whats going on exactly, i never did anything illegal.
And well i wonder why i was banned so easy..
Its a game and we supposed to have fun, and in mine case.. when i own assets like 30-40k, and when i have spend so much time on that comnunity, even if i had made some mistake, i deserve better treatment (i dont want speacial treatment or favours) but even if MODS insist that i was wrong or.. or w/e, why dont u let me just return the golds in the SC's?
WHY DONT U LET ME RETURN THE GOLDS IN THE SC'S?
I guess the essence of the cases is that.. some1 from these SC's noticed that gold was missing from the SC he had shares..
so his problem was the missing golds/assets..
So whats more convinient than letting me return the golds at the SC's? Unless the reason of bans-fines was something else suspicious.....
ANYWAY, AFTER 5 DAYS I STILL WAIT SOME GOA REVIEW MINE CASE..
And thats why i had to make another ticket, hoping they notice it, and hoping that this time, they do their job..
From 1st time i noticed the ban, i went to support channel and what i did?
I asked the help from some GOA..
5 days later, no GOA bothered with mine case, only Anqa told me : 1st i have to talk with elcid, and then she constantly ingores me.. ( and i was counting on her to bring justice.. a bit ironic) thats what elcid said when he rejected mine appeal (even though i asked some GOA to review it, and even though i infromed Anqa that elcid isnt objective, leaving his personal feelings affect his judgement)
Solution
This is not the first time you "forget" to return the gold to a sc. Were you already warned in the past. That is why I reject your appeal. You can to appeal only to GOA to change the verdict.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
