灣灣終於從本月上任之初的全線大潰退后慢慢開始和盟友們重新組織起自己的戰線，而SELLUM經過長時間的消耗也沒一開始那麼強大的組織力了，於是我們有機會邊和對面來幾下乒乓，邊練練我們的組織度 ，這過程看似平靜，其中的幾個小插曲還是值得跟大家分享一下的。
就如我四號總統文里說的，我們本來的戰略規劃是打通到勘察加的鏈接地，從地圖上來看只有3條路可以走，借西伯利亞，走日本路線，走美洲路線，因為SELLUM一開始表現出來的戰鬥力MAX，美洲路線只好放棄，日本又是和我們有NAP的，所以只有像以前那樣問EC借西伯利亞，但前提是我們至少和SELLUM有NAP協議之後了，否則我可沒自信直面立陶宛的攻擊。
說來也巧，本次上任的美國CP
Dr Rush 是我們在CIS就一起共事很久的老朋友，他一開始就找我談NAP協議，一開始協議頗為苛刻，有金額的賠償及登報道歉之類的，這顯然沒辦法被盟友接受，於是他們繼而想和TW/EC單獨簽NAP，這種波波型賣隊友行為臉皮薄的我做不出，於是就在討論NAP條款中我們度過了幾個平淡的日子。
忽然某一天立陶宛不知道是哪個腦洞突然打開進攻了莫斯科，原本在俄羅斯手裡的勘察加頓時有了減產的風險。無奈之下，只好讓EC收了勘察加，這個對我的戰略目標的實現打擊不小，所以對對方提出的NAP也暫時沒了興趣。之後我們為了維持好歐洲的戰線，只好再次踏入美洲土地。
按照我本來的設想我們在CPC稍微分擔點SELLUM的傷害就行了，畢竟我還是想做個安靜的美男子。不過美帝顯然不想讓灣灣在美洲有立足之地，每次我把先手讓給對方，對方必定會開進攻，另一方面幾次傷害BUFF日里EC漫天的煙花讓我心疼不已，於是我靈機一動，與其浪費在DRAIN場，不如好好利用下，於是才有美西驚天傷害一戰，美西戰場 ，很遺憾即使如此EC中仍然有用了100M的煙花搶了2個BH的戰場存在。
至於之後我們的目標仍然是和對面NAP之後能拿回勘察加，再此之前先利用乒乓戰場保持活躍，提升組織度吧。
另外，為提升下EC的組織度，我有打算去EC競選下總統，把那些猴化，無組織度，賤娘等劣習糾正下，希望能順利。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
