Hello everyone, here are The Warrior Angel, in my first english article, about the best salaries of world.
I divided in two parts, first salaries to ES 5 and after ES 7.
Remember, this information, I obtained, analising the best job offers in Local CC and converting to gold. I don't get in "Black Market", or others mode to receive salaries in gold without pay income tax.
Attention: This imagem was not complete, because I discover few days later that Romania have a good salary too.
Analising this first image, we can observe that are good work in Romania, but, wages there is lowering day after day. While in China, the wages was increasing.
In case of Romania, we understand; don't have any others high offers in the world, so why stay with high wages? Or, local industries haven't more money to support high salaries.
Italy, wages there is lowering too, because have direct war, and they have two fronts and losing. Without Bonus Regions or road to capital, are not possible produce any product and can't sell to obtain profit to preserve good wages.
In Serbia, the salaries don't have many stability in the last week, but now, I think that the salaries comes begin decreasing, because there was rumors that they stay without alliance and would be attacked by Croatia and others, but they have alliance now, and let's see how its goes now.
Finalizing about ES 5, the local to work and get the best wage, are in China, because, have many regions, are a strong country, your salaries come increasing and have a good Income Tax among the six best nations, together Brasil.

Basically, ES 7 are equal ES 5, but with small differences. Here all countries have stability, except Romania.
One thing, we can observe, are that employers choose ES 7 than ES 5, obvious more production and small increase in wages.
The Country that have greater increase was Brasil, 2,3G wher begin my search and pass to 2,6G, but to ES 7 are small, comparing with others nations.
Serbia and Italy have a best offers job to ES7, it's obvious, but the first country win because have a minimal difference to better, and principally, dependent area you go work, the income tax in your salaries can rise up to 50% in Italy, and max in Serbia ares 20%.
I know that 50% Income Tax in Italy are to construct house, state, Defense System, but too can't produce food, because have 50% Income Tax. In Serbia, Income Tax are 20% to work producing iron, oil, weap, and you lost more money in this areas. But overall, the best salaries are in Serbia.

Uma coisa que eu poderia dizer à todos, mas gostaria que só os habitantes da nossa pátria soubessem; o Brasil não tem a melhor oferta de emprego pra ES5, mas começa a melhorar para ES7, porém a Economia do Brasil, poderá vir somente a crescer, com a melhor consciência do Empresário Brasileiro em relação ao melhor modo de conseguir lucro, mas ainda sim com bastante concorrência, o que faz os compradores que também são trabalhadores, em ter um maior poder de compra, mas ao mesmo tempo tendo produtos com valores baixos, isso permite que eles comprem grandes quantidades. E ainda levando em conta, o local estratégico onde o Brasil se mantém, um local sem muito perigo, com algumas boas regiões de recursos, uma "perfeita farmville", felizmente/infelizmente.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
