我是在重置前一个月来到EC的，某种意义上来说，是EC第二次复国以来最快成为议员的新人（也许）。
能成为一名议员，是这个游戏重要的成就之一。我能这么快达到这个目标，先要感谢党，再是感谢各位前辈和同仁的支持。
我会认真学习关于议员的一切，并且记录下来。
（其实，当议员一个关键的一环是早一点竞选，占据有利位置）
国家回忆录04
“在新纪元的历史中，CPC的早期发展到中期发展时出现了一个重要人物，这个人物可以说一手把CPC统合起来，并且把CPC发展成一个对与E.C来说不可忽视的力量，也是从大战之后E.C大地上共产主义的新发展。而她的身份和由来对于当时的人来说是一个巨大的谜团，没有确定的年龄公布，没有实际的姓名公布，也没有出生地等公布，对于大部分人来说，都无法直接相信她的能力和存在，甚至一部分人称她为魔女.............”

“也是正好，图书馆顺路我就送你过去吧。”
走出CPC的大楼，汤这样对我说道。
我停下了脚步，仔细看了一下汤。
汤也看着我，依然是一副憨态可掬的笑容。
但是我感觉到，一离开CPC大楼，汤之前那一股压迫感就消失的无影无踪了。
汤现在散发着一种轻松自如，玩世不恭的气息，让我感到一丝放松，仿佛是那种绅士碰到了绅士的感觉。
我们一边走向停车场，一边谈了些轻松愉快的话题。
汤的车是一辆外国车，与之前的奥拓一样，也经过特殊的改造，不过并没有显露出一股笨重之感，反而呈现出一股力量之感。
“你来坐副驾驶，你知道嘛，我经常这样给我党内的同志开车呢。”
“是吗？我真是荣幸啊。”
“别看我这样，我也是个老司机了。”汤打趣道。
这话怎么感觉有点怪怪的..........
然后在车上，汤向我解释了我体内的异变。
能力者，是战后人类变异的结果。
与其他异能小说不同，这里的能力者的能力主要是人的环境适应力和对外感知力，有身体强化的功效。
当然有一部分的人的异变与大多数人的异变不同。
能力者的身体同时会产生一些奇怪的感觉，比如皮肤偶尔发痒，体力有东西在流动或者选择，这些感觉是无法消除的。
“那么我应该做些什么呢？”得知这些之后我询问道。
“你目前力量等级什么的太低，先找好好工作，好好训练，多关注国家大事，完成阿德民的任务就好了。”
“喔，谢谢，对了，阿德民组织是什么？听起来很厉害的样子。”
“这个嘛，不太好说......”汤突然之间表情凝重了。
“这么了，难道是阿德民控制着一切吗？”我似乎发现了什么。
“可以这么说，事实上，所有能力者都属于阿德民管理。”
“难道这些国家战争行为什么的都是阿德民在操纵？！”
“不，这些不是，阿德民不会直接干预我们的，阿德民们只是制定游戏大概规则而已，你自己可以去图书馆看资料。”
我看的出，汤有点不愿意谈这个话题，语气里带着一丝烦躁。
直到后来，我才知道为什么汤当时会是这样的表现了。
车里再度陷入沉默了。
天已经暗了下来，街道两旁出现了些稀稀拉拉的灯光。
“好了，图书馆到了，就在前面，你走过去就行了。”
“谢谢了，前辈。”
“别这么说，你还是自己主观判断就好，我们下次再见吧。”
我站在路口上，向慢慢离开的汽车招了招手，然后头也不回的走向图书馆。

汤开着车，这时，车里突然响起了音乐。
“喂，是汤吧？”车载电话里出现一个冷静的男中音。
“嗯，是我，我马上就过来了。”
“ ‘女王’即将返回，你来当向导。 ”
“OK，汤已明白，１５３，按原计划行事。”
汤挂掉电话，然后换挡，大力踩下油门。
小车开始加速，而道路的尽头则是机场，一个旧纪元中国北京最大的机场。

一架改装的湾流客机正在接近机场，客机的两边都有呈“品”字形的三架战斗机护航。
很明显，客机里都是大人物。
“任志初先生（ｒｚｃ），这个方案其他人都同意吧？”
“是的，各位同仁都赞成了。”
“那就谢谢你了。”
少女听完之后，放下了茶杯，里面的红茶还剩下一半。
而少女面前的２５岁左右散发着阳光气息的男子回到自己的位置上，男子附近还坐着几个人。
有的在看平板电脑，有的在擦眼镜，还有的则打起了瞌睡。
不过这些人都有一个共同点，肩膀上都挂着军团长标志。
少女无聊的转过头看着窗外的云层，而云层的下方，有一个貌似失忆的少年刚刚走进图书馆。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
